We loved every minute of our magical Christmas in Finland, and it wouldn't have been possible without Rachel's help! She handled all the logistics...schedules, excursions, drivers, hotels, reservations, etc.; so we could simply enjoy our time together and not have to worry about a single detail. She was always quick to respond to questions and super patient with our requests. Her in-country guides and drivers were the best, and we were always very well-taken care of. Can't wait to plan our next adventure with her!

Rachel Stovall was an absolute joy to work with. She organized a group of 43 Seniors and parents to Cancun for spring break. Her communication was detailed and timely. She also provided us with packing/traveling tips as well as helping us make dinner reservations when we arrived. I highly recommend her and her travel company!

Rachel makes everything so easy! Found us a great place in Cancun to celebrate my daughter's and her friend's senior spring break! Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a travel agent. Rachel worked within my budget to find the perfect resort for my family’s tropical Christmas vacation. We opted for all inclusive, adult only in Playa del Carmen . We were planning for 5 people and needed 3 rooms. Rachel’s communication was excellent. We’ve never traveled to Mexico so her step by step instructions for getting through customs and navigating the airport vendors was invaluable! We booked our own flights, but she took our information and set up a private transfer from the airport to the resort. When we arrived in Mexico, customs was backed up over 2 hours. Rachel immediately responded to my text and contacted the transfer company so they knew we were running late and were able to adjust drivers. The transfer was a new, large, comfortable van, and the driver was courteous and got us to the resort safely. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, great food and drinks, amazing views, awesome location just steps away from all the shops of 5th Avenue, huge rooms with excellent housekeeping, and the resort took the security of its guests very seriously. We are already working with Rachel to plan our next Christmas vacation! She’s incredible, and you won’t be disappointed.
(I found her company by doing an online search for travel agents near me. I chose her company because of her quick response, friendly attitude, and willingness to work within my budget instead of trying to upsell me. You can rest assured that my review is legit based on the service she provided!)
