New owners since last year. Have stayed there over the years, since Martin is my hometown. Still the same low price, but these owners have put a lot a lot a lot ofnwork into it. New floors throughout, all hard floors, no more carpet. Brand new beds, super comfy. Newer hvac units in the rooms i saw. Saw a frat review about sheets, I saw New sheets and new towels, most places have spotty towels and sheets, not this place anymore. Super impressed with the changes. Also convenient FULL SIZED laundromat owned by the hotel ON THE PROPERTY. Perfect for short or long term stays. Think it should be mandatory that when a place switches owners the old reviews fall off and they get to make their own, so with that being said 10/10 recommend and definitely kudos to the new owners for turning the place into a whole new experience without price gouging like other hotels in town. A much more homey feel than other hotels in the area.

Kick you out for no reason at all they tell you that they remodeling the rooms ok on a Monday or Tuesday prior to that which is a Thursday they come and tell you you have to be out by 11 and no work is still not getting done till Monday or Tuesday this is the second time they kicked us out first time is this room was reserved right before the 4 of July well why didn't you tell us that before you rented us the room now we come BK a week ago and they ask us how long we told them longterm and kick us out again and all they had to say was I'm sorry to have to kick you guys out again starting with us but a different room listen ive done a lot of wrong in my life but with the help of GOD he has really grabbed of hold of me and gotten my attention to where certain situations arise in your life to where it makes you wanna do right because you know that without him i would have venture down that road again so im praying for the owners - mgmt of len-haven motel because just becuz change is me doesnt mean the old me is dead im a working progress......

We stay here when we come to Martin! Best RATES in town! Love the updates to the room! Very Clean & Quiet! Walking distance to the Dairy Queen and 3Js and has a Laundromat on the property! Definitely worth checking out!

The staff is so amazing they make you feel like you are at home

Stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed the place. Has a nice outdoor area to grill out. It's close to a Dairy Queen, laundry and convenience store. Only bummer were the Martin police rolling through the parking lot too frequently at night. Tourists like to relax have a beer and not be hassled.

This place is really nice and clean. And has awesome water pressure. And you can't beat the price. We have stayed twice in the last 2months for softball tournaments and plan
on staying again for the next one. 🙂 I highly recommend this place.

My cousin and family, including 2 boys 9 and 11, stayed here at Christmas a few years ago. After being hesitant about staying at the Len Haven, they were most happy to find clean, quiet, adequately furnished lodging at a reasonable rate, as the property is pretty
old. They had reservations at a large chain hotel but could not stay there with the family dog. The Len Haven does allow dogs.

My frat brothers and I have stayed at LEN Haven for homecoming the past ten years,we noticed that they got rid of the rugs and now have tiled floors.However we really think it's time they get rid of those flower comforters,we have old pics showing the same sheets.I just don't believe a company is still making those comforters, but other than that we love THE HAVE!
