They are remodeling and I got a room that had just been finished. I did get to park right in front of my room which I liked, it made it real easy to get in and out of room. The room was clean but you could still smell the paint or maybe it was from the room next door that they were working on. Wished they had a rolling chair instead of stationary one for the table. The bed was comfortable and the fridge and TV worked. However the phone and alarm clock did not work at all. It was cold when I visited and the ice machine did not work, they went and looked and said it was frozen because it was outside in corridor , so I had to go purchase a bag of ice. The breakfast was decent, I had a really good waffle, sausage was good, eggs were ok, they were egg patties, but the biscuits were hard, they had set it warmer too long. The staff was nice and helpful to a extent. The price I was charged was not the advertised price from the web, it was $10 more than the price from the web and they wouldn't honor the price. American workers needed here. Office entirely too hot. Breakfast was sub par - weak coffee we had to ask for, as well as refilling the breakfast area. The waffle batter was rancid. Our room looked like it was being remodeled, but it wasn't. The room numbers aren't even on the doors. Will never go back.

Breakfast was abysmal and meager. The juice machine wasn't on and when managerturned it on it produced slightlytinted water that I was afraid to touch. The margarine in the fridge was shrunken and discolored. We use that product at home so I know what it looks like. They were re-painting the doors -- poorly btw -- so there were no numbers on most doors making them hard to locate in the dark. Something had apparently been spilled in front of the fridge but not cleaned up. A weird thing -- the switch that operated the toilet compartment light did not turn the fan on. The light over the sink did that. We couldnt throw the deadbolt in the room.There was no listing to locate TV stations. The bed was ok but all came un tucked when I pulled the covers to get in. We survived our stay and for the price didn't expect a lot but still didn't want icky. It was even hard to get to.

Days Inn across from McDonald’s in Martin has a bedbug infestation & after the manager telling me “he ain’t gonna do shit about it” and that they have pest control come every 15 days. I called bullcrap and told her to show me the room & just look what I found! Cannot stand a company that takes advantage of people who cannot afford a roof over their head or ppl like us, who couldn’t make it back home during the flood Saturday. It’s disgusting and I want yall to share this post so everyone knows!!!
*I apologize in advance for any foul language but to see all these bugs, knowing you’re allowing people to sleep on that, then take that home to their families, is an outrage.

Gross mildew and mold in the shower.
Cigarette burns in furniture of “smoke-free room”.
My dog found and ate some kind of trash left under furniture and by the bed before I even set my bags down.
Service was short and rude.
My husband said we’d just camp next time.
Wish I could leave zero stars.
Heard they’re remodeling. Unless it’s under new ownership or mngmnt, good luck.

Bed was comfortable but flies everywhere. Light switch was finicky. Flies everywhere. Think I counted four in one instance. Cleaning solution smell was very loud. Flies everywhere. Wouldn’t stay again. Flies everywhere. Felt like I had to go into exterminator mode just to sleep easy. Flies everywhere.

This room was so nasty that I paid for two nights and left right after checking in and found another hotel. Filthy walls, floors, curtains, and bedding. The smell was horrendous. They have local people living here apparently and hanging around outside. I'm only giving it one star because zero was not an option.

This is definitely the best price around, rooms are clean and nice very friendly owners excellent breakfast, pet friendly I would really recommend them and plan on staying with them again. It's definitely a place I could call home. Plenty of places to eat near by too
