There are no amount of stars or words to express how wonderful, organized, detail oriented, and on point, Shaun and her team are!! It's been a few months since our wedding, and our guests are still raving to us and our families about how amazing our wedding and reception was. Shaun made long distance planning a breeze as we planned our wedding in Chattanooga while living in North Carolina. From helping with small things such as answering questions about bridesmaids dresses to bigger things such as having our vision come to fruition with the reception design to coordinating with all of our vendors for the perfect day of schedule. She put my mind to ease on day 1 when I was worried about planning a wedding in 8 months, and I wasn't worried anymore after that as Shaun made sure we stayed on track with all of the planning. We wanted a traditional wedding and a party feel for the reception- she delivered that and then some! We can't thank Shaun and her team enough for making our day so special; it was truly an unforgettable experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives!!

It is so hard to put into words how truly AMAZING Shaun and her team at CTC are!!

As an out-of-state bride, I had no idea where to start or who to contact in the wedding industry. Lucky for us, Shaun was recommended to help plan our wedding in Chattanooga, TN and for that recommendation I am SO grateful. Shaun and her team were there for us from start to finish and made wedding planning so easy, enjoyable, and fun! For a year + Shaun connected us with amazing vendors, answered allllll of our questions, kept us organized, helped create the most beautiful vision, put out fires as needed, and kept us calm.

Our wedding was at a private residential venue and let me tell you.. Shaun KILLED IT. With a residential venue comes many challenges, of which she handled with absolute grace, but also so many possibilities. Throughout this process it was so obvious to see Shaun's creativity and love for this industry flowing through her! Her attention to detail is unmatched, her understanding of wedding day timeline, her view from guest perspective, her constant communication with us and the vendors, her support and guidance... she is EVERYTHING you need and want when it comes to planning your dream wedding.

On the day of our wedding, Shaun and her team went above and beyond. They handled everything from top to bottom so that myself, my husband, and our families could be present. Each of the ladies from CTC whom we had the pleasure of meeting were so fabulous, professional, so helpful, and all played a major role in ensuring our day was flawless. We have received so many compliments on our wedding — how smooth the day was, how STUNNING it was, and how well planned, and we owe it all to Shaun and Cue The Champagne. We could not have pulled this off without you!

Shannon was AMAZING to work with. Weddings can be a big undertaking, but there was no stress the day of or leading up to it. The team was very professional and there was a slight issue with one of the vendors (no fault of Cue the Champagne) and they resolved it quickly. Shaun and Shannon were very personable and dedicated to making my daughter’s day amazing. My daughter said that her wedding day was everything that she hoped it would be, and I couldn’t imagine getting it all done without this remarkable team of ladies.

As a photographer who averages 30+ weddings a year, I get to work with tons of wedding planners. I can say without hestitation though, that there are few weddings that run as smoothly as one planned by Shaun and the Cue the Champagne team.

First, their focus on detail is next level. When I arrive at a wedding that CTC is at, I know that everything will be perfect and ready when I go to shoot. From the bride's detail items being set and ready to be photographed, to the tablescapes perfectly executed at shoot time, to plates and utensils set aside for the vendors, her team leaves no box left unchecked.

Second, her communication is impeccable! Weeks before the wedding I receive a perfectly designed timeline and information for every vendor who will be attending, along. She is quick to make any adjustments that I suggest and ensures that the bride can relax and know that Shaun has it taken care of!

Last, and I think most importantly, CTC creates a peaceful, fun, and well-structured wedding day. Her and her team create close bonds with their couples before the wedding, and it is so apparent on wedding day when you see the trust that the brides have in them taking care of everything. I have LOVED watching Shaun move a day along without ever coming off as rude, pushy, or inconsiderate. She manages to keep dozens of vendors, bridal party and family members on track while still creating a kind, happy environment.

Y’all, Shaun and her team at Cue The Champagne are absolutely awesome! I was looking for a wedding planner and coordinator who was detailed, organized, professional, had great experience with events and weddings, had great ideas and guidance, was prepared for anything. My family could actually enjoy the wedding without worrying about cleaning up everything/making sure everything gets in the right vehicles at the end. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the wedding and nailed the overall look we wanted, but they also created the most gorgeous flowers I have ever seen with the exact colors I wanted to match my wedding. From the table table decor to the stunning fire place mantle…..it was perfect! I highly recommend Cue The Champagne for any event!!
