The balloons were amazing! They looked spectacular at night when they truly lit up the night. The music was great. We had a wonderful time. We can't wait to go again next year!

What a disappointment! This festival was a complete waste of time and money. Despite the clear weather from early morning to 4 pm on both Saturday and Sunday, the balloons never inflated. They could have adjusted the schedule to take advantage of the good weather, but instead, they waited until the thunderstorms rolled in around 4 pm when the festival was supposed to start. Both days ended up with just heavy rain and lightning, making it impossible to enjoy anything.

I really wish I could take a good picture of event and write a positive review about it.

Waste of money!! Balloons never even inflated either day. Saturday the weather cleared and there was absolutely no wind or rain. They announced they would get the balloons inflated for the glow, then announced they were just going to burn the flames.
$40 for balloon rides wasted! I understand the $20 entrance fee was nonrefundable, but the balloon rides being nonrefundable is ridiculous! No justification for balloons not inflating when it was calm outside.

And you have to buy tickets to use at the food vendors, you can't buy directly and tickets are only sold in $10 increments. We didn't use all we bought, but had no option to purchase less.

I asked how much goes to Boys and Girls club, since that's the reason they claim it's nonrefundable. They wouldn't answer me.

Go to one of the other Balloon festivals!

Disorganized event - we came to see balloons but no one has notified us that they won’t be inflated before we entered. They use food tickets instead of cash or credit cards, you have to buy them in advance and they offer no refund for them. Moreover we couldn’t pay for just 7 tickets, we had to pay for 10.

Great time for a great cause! This supports the Boys and Girls club. I think a couple precious reviewers forgot what it's intended purpose was. We're looking forward to next year.

Very nice, it was a really good first time experience and being on the water made it that much better. I think a few more food vendors could help bring the prices a little more reasonable, I know it's for a good cause, but a Polish sausage plate was more than Texas Roadhouse. I just think that when people think festival they think family event not should we leave the kids at home? Otherwise, very good time👍

Great idea. Great location.
Extremely poor system and crowd control management for the line for the balloon rides. Waited in line(s) for over 3 hours for the balloon ride. 10pm, still at least another 30 minute wait. Told that refunds weren't possible because it's a charitable event. 🤔
The pilot of the balloon and the event volunteers busted their humps to accommodate people waiting for the ride.
Some things need to be re-thought for the future. Signage, line ropes, etc.
