This place is emaculate. The photos are to show how clean it is and how it looks. I almost did not stay because of the reviews i was reading, and I live 4.5 hours away. I had so much anxiety trying to decide. So, I am updating with whole hearted honesty. Mr. Ron checked us in and was there throughout our stay. We even decided to stay another day. It smells absolutely amazing throughout the whole facility. I really wanted to know what it was so that I could order it for home, lol. I asked everyone, lol. It was very clean. There was always someone cleaning something. The housekeeper he went above and beyond. Although we asked for extra towels only to make it easier on his day. Since we chose to stay again. He went in and recleaned the whole bathroom and vacuumed the floor, and made the beds. The other housekeeper was very nice as well. The mirror has a light around it that is so beautiful, We were in town for my daughter's promotion in the military. The photos are from the room I stayed in. The microwave was clean and the fridge. The photos are merely to show the cleanliness. Most times, only bad reviews have photos. But people out of state need honesty. So here u are.

The room and hotel had a foul odor. I thought it smelled like an old smoke room, but my husband thought it was the cleaning supplies that were being used. Either way, the smell was not pleasant. The bed and pillows were nice and comfy. The sleep was pretty good. They also provided a nice warm breakfast each morning. The people at the service desk were very nice and hard-working, as well as the other staff that we came in contact with.

We arrived late on 3/21 & were gone all day on 3/22. We got back to the hotel after 8pm & finally spent time in the room. There was dried blood on a folded clean towel, blood splattered on the wall in the bathroom, and old crusty foundation makeup in the coffee basket. After finding these 3 things, we weren’t comfortable staying the night. We were told the manager would be in touch to make things right. I didn’t expect to get a full refund, but I at least expected to get money back from 2nd night because we did not stay. Ashley Irvin (the manager) told me that she could give me $60 because I did not tell anybody until late. This is the hotel my in-laws stay at every time they visit Tennessee, but I will NEVER be staying here again & I don’t recommend anyone else to either.

Apparently cats are not pets. I'd love an explanation as to why a dog is allowed but not a cat. My cat in its carrier is infinitely less destructive than a dog running around.... and regardless, you've got my credit card. Charge me for the damages.

Even if this asinine policy is ever changed, I'd never stay here. It was a ridiculous hassle that I had to go through all just to be turned away.

First of all, the hotel front desk staff were very nice and friendly.
My 2 star is for the room itself. It is an older hotel that has been "renovated". There is no carpet which usually is a good thing for cleaning. However the floor around the bed and behind it was so gross. The beds are metal frames so every time we would move the metal would rattle. The room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. I don't think it had been recently smoked in but whenever the air was running it would smell strong. Personally I would not recommend it or stay here.

Bathrooms and rooms were very dirty and needed a deep clean. Shower had dirty splashes all over it. Mystery substances smudged on the walls - etc. Lots of hairs already on the sheets. Burns or stains on the blankets. Just not very clean overall. ||Staff was friendly in the breakfast area and at check in.

Where do I start? The elevator has an annoying loud ringing every time it opens that is enough to drive you crazy. The breakfast is mid af. They run out of towels which leads to the staff harassing you for any dirty towels. (It's odd)
They don't have bedbugs but that's probably the last nice thing I can say other than the room was cheap. Maybe if they charged more they could afford pillows and rollout beds for extra guests. Overall the place feels like it's for people on a budget by people on a budget. Pay the extra money and stay at the airport, their pool is indoor and really fun for the kids. I love the local at this quality inn only because I'm 10 min from my brother's house in Maryville.

Location was conveniently outside of Knoxville. Rooms are pretty small. Don’t mistake 2 bed rooms for queen beds, they are double beds. That is in the description, but I overlooked it. We had to move out of our first room for too many stink bugs. Our rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. They seemed clean if you glance. But once you start looking closely, they are not clean. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating though!
