I want to share how amazing this venue was. The people who pulled it together, made our special day absolutely perfect. Lisa and Kristi both worked SO hard to make the day of event go so flawlessly and people still talk about our wedding to this day! (Our wedding was on October 23rd 2023) The decor, cheery staff, food, and location was all exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend considering this venue for your special day. Thank you again guys, you were amazing!!!

We held a Wedding Celebration at the Barn in early June 2024. We checked out a number of venues but loved the look and feel of the Barn. (And it certainly helped that the price was very reasonable.) With an event like this, you can imagine all the planning that needs to happen and Andrea was very friendly and helpful with answering our questions and helping us plan for the event. Kristi was the Event Coordinator and was very patient with us. She was able to accept decor items in advance and help us stage everything wonderfully. Multiple guests complimented us on not only the decor but mentioned how efficient the evening/ night flowed which is a compliment to Kristi as she directed the evening's activities. She had a wonderful personality that our guests enjoyed and this carried over to the event team. We had a drink spill on the dance floor and a couple of team members came dancing onto the floor with their mops and towels adding to the fun. Overall, a wonderful evening as they truly worked with us. They integrated our suggestions and helped make them even better so that everyone enjoyed the evening. The Barn's outside scenery was also nice for guests who needed some fresh air, to view the sunset, and for taking photographs. Something for everyone!

The Barn Event Center was the perfect venue for our daughter's fall wedding. The owners, Richard and Debbie, were so kind and accommodating to us and our guests. Our coordinator,
Lisa, brought our daughter's wedding vision to life. In addition, Lisa took care of all the details prior to, during, and after the wedding and reception. The food was delicious and the wait staff went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. Since our daughter was a little girl, she has dreamed of fall wedding in the mountains and the entire staff at The Barn made her dreams come true.

4-22-17.....This was the day I had a Beautiful wedding!! This is a no stress venue. Andrea, Lisa and Felicia were the coordinators I worked with the most. I had 2 1/2 months to plan my wedding and the day couldn't have gone better! Everyone was so friendly, accommodating and thorough. They worked calmly with mg crazy bride brain and did everything they could to alleviate any stress.
Besides the excellent staff, one of the things I really liked was the ability to have the ceremony and reception at the same location. My guests from out of town didn't have to find 2 different locations. We had the ceremony in the main room. After that our guests were dismissed to a cocktail hour while my husband and I took pictures with our immediate family and wedding party. During this time, the staff was "flipping" the room for our beautiful reception. And OH MY GOODNESS!!! The food is DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend this location for any event.

This venue is unbelievable!! All the staff is so sweet and competent. They helped us with new ideas and literally solved all of our problems during the wedding that wasn’t even their responsibility! Kristi, the wedding coordinator maintained everyone calmed but ready! She was so sweet and very good at getting things done! We loved our wedding day!!!

Went here for my sisters wedding. It was an outdoor wedding.She paid extra for the waterfall to be running where they held the ceremony but they said that it was not working on this day. The chairs sunk into ground and chairs tipped. On the Inside of the hall The Dj just played music that she could have played on her own system. The DJ used a fog machine that only stayed in front of the DJ. The food was hands down the worst food I’ve ever tried to eat. They served sweet potatoes that I can only describe as having a pea soup consistency with tiny marshmallows. The chicken looked like it was put through a food processor and tasted like it was mixed with liver. The other meat was unrecognizable but I hear it was roast beef. The rolls had been sitting out and became stale. The bar tender mixed the drinks in a pitcher and let it sit out and if you asked for a beer they just pulled the tab on a can. And they were Non emotional. A lot of items, like guest book were scattered around the hall in unlit corners so that none of the guests knew they were there. There were many other issues that we encountered but to many to list. I would never use nor will my family ever use them again!

Where do I begin- my husband and I got married at the Barn Event Center of the Smokies on 9/17/22 and everything was excecutef and communicated flawlessly by the entire staff. We had a destination wedding with about 85 guests and Lisa, the day of planner, was easily accessible to answer all of my questions throughout the entire planning process! She was literally AMAZING! The staff was super flexible to push back dinner when we decided to go out for some sunset pictures with a mountain backdrop. I got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how great service and staff was. Literally- someone went up to my step mom to say that the toilet handle was broken in the middle of the reception and Lisa already had someone in there fixing it. There were also staff members graciously cleaning up spills with mops on the dance floor in between songs so we could keep dancing the night away. Andrea, who handled the the contract and did the flowers was also amazing! The day was perfect and they executed everything I had imagined. have nothing but amazing things things to say about The Barn Event Center!

Most amazing venue and staff ever. Made my wedding day absolutely perfect! Gorgeous views all around the venue and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made our wedding day absolutely perfect and special. We have received so many compliments on the food and how amazing the staff was. I highly recommend The Barn Event Center of the Smokies.
