As I was searching for a travel agent I was recommended to just cruisin' plus from a coworker and honestly was about to scrap the whole idea and use an online vacation site. Long story she I'm glad I didn't, I called and spoke with Melissa Bullock and she guided me in the right direction every step of the way, she was very patient and her range of knowledge wasn't just from reading brochures, but she is an avid traveler. Not only did she get us the best deal but also recommended things about the travel that we had forgotten and glad we were reminded. Going to another country thinking you are going paradise can be deceiving, as we exited the plane and finished with customs, we were bombarded by solicitors informing us that we needed to use their services and such trying to convince us that they were going to take care of us, luckily Melissa had already gave us a heads up and we knew exactly what we were walking into and where we need to be and who we needed to see. Without her walking us through everything days earlier, I would have easily have been convinced to use one of these services which can be scams or even worse. The vacation was amazing, everything went as expected, she was there with us and always one call away at anytime of the day.

Just Cruisin' Plus and specifically, Melissa Bullock, are just terrific! We all like cruises because they are brainless, right? You just get on the boat, and all is taken care of! Working with Melissa has always made the planning and reservations part of the trip just as easy. I just tell her when we want to travel and from what area we want to sail, and she does the rest. She always finds us great cruising opportunities at great prices and always comes through with perks and upgrades. Melissa is also a joy to work with. She is my go-to!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!

Melissa was very helpful in getting our refund straightened out after a cruise cancelled due to Covid-19. I appreciate all the time she put in to make sure we got our full refund.
When we wanted to book a cruise again she was able go get a great cabin despite our short timeline, spur of the movement vacation.

Melissa Bullock is our travel agent and she helped me and my mother in law plan a trip to Las Vegas which was our first time working with a travel agent and our first time also traveling as well which we were nervous about traveling but when I say she did an amazing job to where we received a awsome deal with our flight and hotel and to top it off she also was able to get us an awesome Vegas go pass as well. So I definitely will be using her as my go to travel agent and also would highly recommend her to anyone that's looking for amazing travel deals.
