We went here to just browse and decide what we wanted to purchase when it becomes summer. I'm so glad we went to this location bc we had been to 2 other boat dealers and we had the best knowledgeable, friendly and respectful and he didn't try to pressure us in no way . We spent 2 hours here looking at several models of bennington boats and I will tell you this . When we are ready to purchase this will be the place we return in the summer . Thank you Jordan for being the best knowledgeable person and taken 2 hours out of your day to help us even though you knew from the get go we wasn't going to purchase that same day.

Loved our experience with Zack, our salesman. He wasn't pushy, just informative. Our first meeting was around an hour where he gave us info on our boat, motor and warranties. He helped us weight pros/cons of new vs used and encouraged us to take our time, look at other options and have a good ideal of what would suit our overall needs. Within two weeks we called to purchase and though he was off, he came in to help us make our purchase. Great guy and same with our tech Jacob. Jacob delivered our boat right to our dock. He answered all our questions, and both explained and showed us how to safely operate our boat. He even hung around while we practiced docking. Great guys and hope to see both of them out on the watet.

We recently finally got the call we had been waiting for that a dock at Tellico Village was ours so went out boat shopping as first-time boat owners. The staff at Blue Springs helped us tremendously with our first boat purchase! We felt no pressure at all working with Zach and Ron, but most of all we feel relieved to know we have them on our side and can call when the need arises (which I am sure it will as newbies)!! They came highly recommended to us by other boat owners in the Village and we now know why... They worked with us not only on design but price too! Can't wait to get the boat in the water in a few months...

If we could post a review with a HUNDRED stars, we would have. We retired in Tellico Village after corporate careers and a post-retirement stint in hospitality. We both know top-notch customer service, and unfortunately it is a rarity. Jordan, Cody, and the entire Blue Springs Boat Company team are absolutely amazing to work with. Jordan professionally guided us through the purchasing phase, and Cody took us out on an initial "test drive". Cody returned to deliver the boat TO OUR BOAT SLIP, and proceeded to spend a couple hours with us going over every detail. This will be our go-to company for future boating purchases, and we have already been spreading the word to our new friends in the Village. Thank you to the entire team for an amazing experience from first step in the showroom, to driving our boat away post-delivery.

I can honestly say dealing with Teddy and his staff is an absolute pleasure. We just ordered our 2nd boat through Blue Springs. Jordan was our salesman. He is very professional and listened to our needs in our new boat. He has kept in contact with me each step of the ordering process. No pressure sales. The service department on our other Bennington was top notch. I would highly recommend you check out Blue Springs and the Bennington line of pontoon boats they have to offer. Zero issues on our previous Bennington and we owned it for 8 years.
