My little dog and I stayed here twice while traveling across the country over the holidays. The rooms are clean. They come with a full-size refrigerator, over the range microwave, a stove top, and a dishwasher. I do recommend bringing your own dishes, etc. as my room did not include those items. I believe some rooms do for a higher price. The price is reasonable. They extra amount for pets is beyond reasonable compared to other "pet friendly" hotels I've stayed. The staff was great. On my first visit I arrived around 1:00 a.m. A staff member met me in the lobby to check me in after hours. The hotel is quiet for the most part. My only complaint is that because this is a "pet friendly" hotel, the rooms do not have carpet or area rugs. You will hear your neighbors walking above or below you. I will be visiting again on my next trip. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Woodspring Suites Cedar Bluff. While the location is convenient, the overall experience left much to be desired. The rooms were mediocre at best, clean enough I will say.... but it was the service and two specific incidents that truly soured the stay.

Firstly, despite being informed that staff would be on-site even though the front desk isn't 24 hours, we had an unpleasant encounter late at night when we returned without our key. The staff member we found was visibly annoyed and stated we had "woken him up," offering reluctant assistance. This response was both unprofessional and shocking.

Secondly, after checking out, I realized I had left an expensive portable charger in the room. I called the hotel immediately with clear details about the room and its location, but I was told nothing had been turned in. Given the short time frame, I strongly suspect it was taken, which was incredibly disappointing.

There is an evident lack of professionalism and accountability. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We stayed here for close to two months while we looked for a rental home after relocating to Knoxville for work. The staff here is absolutely amazing! Patricia The front desk Manager was the best in helping out however she could!

The rooms are good sized, built in clothing storage, large TVs and had comfy beds- we had a single queen room but switched to another room due to excessively repetitive noisy upstairs guests (think cinder blocks for shoes) Overall the hotel was generally quite most of the time!

They offer weekly linen exchange for long duration stays, luggage cart to use for move in and out, and free coffee in the lobby.
Wasn't too impressed that it was about $3 cycle for both wash and dry at their guest laundry but the machines were pretty clean and I couldn't really complain with the convenience of not having to leave the building to do laundry!

It is in a great location just off of to I-40, Walmart/ Sam's club across the street and lots of close options for shopping and eating just over I-40 off of Kingston Pike.

Thanks for the stay! Would stay here again if we needed to!

Simply too loud at night to give a good rating. Staff is kind and professional and the location is great, but other patrons staying here, combined with paper thin walls made it a terrible stay. I do not recommend!

Worst place I have ever stayed. The tv would not work,only one station. The heat and cooling was difficult to control. Sounded like some construction work going on in the room above me. Never intend to stay here again nor will I ever recommend to someone to stay.

Meh. It's new and clean but very reminiscent of industrial dorm style room. They cheap out on the desk staff as well. But OK for one night if you are just passing through. Had to initial whether I am a "resident" and that means they are putting up section 8 people so there's that.
