These people are a fraud!! Buyer beware! I book a flight with Gloria Ditmore and she failed to confirm the travel. I called American Express directly and they booked the flight and confirmed my travel. Gloria lied and said she refuned the funds for the travel. I had to dispute the charges with American Express. This travel is NOT an Authorized agent.
