If you want your wedding day to go perfectly and not worry about anything go with Thomas farms ! They handled everything and I didn’t have to stress ! They are very professional and treat you like family ! We had an amazing wedding and also the venue is gorgeous! They go above and beyond to prepare the venue for your special day and talk to all the vendors to make sure they will be on time and tell them where to pull in! I have nothing but great things to say about this venue and Liz and Jody! This venue is worth the money you spend !

I cannot recommend Thomas Farm enough! From the moment we toured the farm I knew this was the place I was going to have my wedding. The family that owns the venue is amazing and so sweet. They helped with every aspect of the wedding from the decorations to coordinating the flow of the ceremony! I loved working with them to make our day exactly how we wanted and they took so much stress away! This farm is absolutely beautiful and we have so many wonderful photos from the day. The ceremony site is so unique next to the water and they even offer a cute place to have the rehearsal dinner. I cannot brag on this venue enough and the sweet family that owns it!

I cannot say enough about how great Jody & Liz were to work with. From the moment we met them to tour the venue to the morning after the wedding, they were amazing. My daughter wanted to have a wedding in Tennessee even though we all lived in Florida & Jody went above & beyond to help make sure everything was coordinated to perfection since most of the decisions were being made from 700 miles away. She made sure my daughter stayed on schedule with communications to the other vendors. Once we finally arrived in Tennessee for the rehearsal everything was set up & ready to go. Jody ran us through everything so that there were no surprises the next day & on wedding day everything was perfect. Honestly if there were any issues that arose we had no clue because Jody & Liz handled everything. Thomas Farm is a beautiful venue & you will not be disappointed in choosing them for your big day.

If you like Clydesdale horses and a Beautiful outdoor wedding and a place to stay for your wedding this is the place. The staff was very helpful and friendly to everyone of us who were there for Mr. Shaun and Michelle Porter wedding. We had an awesome time.

We had our wedding in June of 2021 at Thomas Farms. You should know that when you decide to have your event there, you are getting so much more than just a venue. Throughout the year of planning, one of the owners (Jody) doubled as a wedding planner who kept me organized and celebrated every decision I made. When it came closer to the big day, she was even more attentive and gave me confidence that if anything went wrong, she could fix it! For example, we had a mishap two days before with our centerpieces, and when I was feeling hopeless and told her of my frustration she had it taken care of in minutes! The entire Thomas family puts great effort into making your big day as stress free and beautiful as possible. Every detail from the landscaping to the lighting of the property blows you away. We love Thomas Farms and are so grateful they were able to be a part of our wedding!

The most AMAZING venue!!

This venue is absolutely beautiful! I toured several venues during my search, but after I found this one online, I booked a tour immediately. Every other tour I had lasted about 30 minutes to show the main ceremony and reception place, answer a few questions, and send us on our way. With Thomas Farm, our tour lasted 2 HOURS.

Liz walked us through every detail. She gave examples of how they set up each space, discussed vendors, showed us the decor they already have on site, and plenty of pictures of previous weddings. As visual learner, it helped me truly envision what my day could look like. Not to mention, this venue has so many beautiful picture opportunities with their water features, stone bridges, and landscaping.

Jody is actually the main coordinator of the venue. From the time I booked, she was very responsive to any and all questions I had. She let me come to the venue several times to discuss decor options and visualize scenarios for the ceremony/reception. She helped me create a very detailed timeline and offered advice for the best flow of the ceremony and reception.

All of my guests have continually bragged about how beautiful the wedding was, and I owe a lot of that to this fantastic venue. If you are looking to get married in East Tennessee, please check this place out. You will not regret meeting this wonderful family and their beautiful farm!

My husband and I were married on 10/15/22 at Thomas Farm. From the day of our venue tour until the very end of wedding night, we had an exceptional experience working with Jody and Liz Thomas. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring two working fountains, ponds, a lighted willow tree, and two Clydesdale horses in an arena to greet guests upon arrival. The reception space in their barn area has stunning chandelier lighting, horse stalls converted into a variety of modernized spaces (e.g., a kitchen; bartending space; bathrooms; groom’s quarters; bridal suite). A farmhouse conveniently located on site is the perfect space for a rehearsal dinner and a place to stay the night before and night of the wedding. Jody and Liz are a mother-daughter duo who work so well together and function as wedding coordinators throughout the entire wedding planning process and the day of the event. They responded to any questions and communication attempts quickly and thoroughly which eased so much stress for us. They also provided a super helpful wedding planning checklist and template to us which helped with organization of vendor information and making decisions about details on the big day. We have absolutely no regrets about choosing Thomas Farm for our wedding and strongly recommend other couples consider their venue for future weddings.
