Was going from tucson to douglas , I called and they told me I could bring my dog with no charge when i was getting on the van they made me pay for another ticket for my tiny puppy . And someone was getting arrested for having 5,000 pills on him . The lady was so disrespectful I couldn't believe it . Never again will I use the nasty shuttle

Extremely unprofessional. I called to ask directions and they answered but they started talking to other people and laughing and wouldn't answer me.
When I got there, the receptionist said high and then continued a personal call.
They should also speak more English. I have nothing against speaking Spanish, but both languages are used here. They should be mindful of that. Also, they only take cash.

Sergio Super Shuttle is the best it is way better than Greyhound I'm telling you what man our brothers to the south from Mexico are friendly their awesome their personable this is way better than Greyhound way better than an airport shuttle way more affordable. It can be a little crowded sometimes but then other times she get the whole van to yourself and you can't beat the prices and they're quick and they're on time and it's just really awesome I have used this for the past 20 years more times than I can count to go to Tucson to go to Phoenix to go to Douglas to go to Bisbee to go to Benson I mean these guys are the best and they put Greyhound to shame they make Greyhound look like hell which is pretty easy to do but as far as public transportation run by a private company in Arizona to be honest with you they are way way way better than the Arizona Shuttle and way cheaper and the drivers don't try to scam you for tips like on Arizona Shuttle it's just way better and hey Mexicans are awesome their polite they're friendly their generous their kind way better than Arizona Shuttle way way way better I'm telling you these guys are the best I can't go on and on enough about how cool these guys are the very very best gracias dios te bendiga
