A good place to spend the night!!
I drive commercial vehicles so parking is a big bonus which they have a huge lot for.
Rooms are very nice, and the showers are just as good.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Now if you are walking to get something to eat, there are plenty of places you can easily walk to, but keep in mind it's an uphill walk coming back to your room lol.
Would highly recommend and will be staying again.

Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Toilet was loose. Coffee was cold, even though it was in a thermal carafe. Colleague's room had previous occupant's trash in their bins. So, room for improvement - but was fine for an overnight stay during a road trip.

Very good night sleep. Room was clean, beds comfy. No carpet in room which I like. Bathroom older but clean. Did not have breakfast but it looked basic. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Conveniently located off highway. Fast food nearby, along with a few restaurants. So happy they took pets for reasonable price

My husband and I booked a room the night before our very early flight, as we are coming from KY and primarily booked for the shuttle service. We booked our shuttle on arrival for 5:10am. The morning of our flight we got to the lobby for our shuttle and was informed it wasn’t running due to weather. Was it snowing - yes. Was it snowing enough to impact a shuttle service - absolutely not. Aside from this being an incredible inconvenience, we were not contacted ahead of time about the shuttle services not running, so that would could prepare for another plan. Now we are out even more money having to pay at the airport for parking, and our travel plans were impacted because of this. It would have been nice to have someone call our room prior to us arriving for pick up, to let us know about the shuttle not running! Also - don’t offer a shuttle service if you live in an area where you *might* need an AWD vehicle and you don’t have one.

We were able to book a room at this hotel online via the hotel website with no issues at all. We paid in full when we booked it. We are just one town over and were told by hotel staff behind the front desk at check-in they did not book rooms for anyone within a 60 mile radius. The clerk calls the hotel manager who was extremely rude. We have not received a refund, as promised.Needless to say, we will NEVER book a Choice hotel again. We will also share our experience to those closest to us.

Due to the delay caused by the custom in Dallas, I missed my flight to TRI. Then I have to be in line for almost 3 hrs to get a rescheduled flight because I don't have a local phone. But then my rescheduled flight to Charlotte was also delayed, I missed the last connecting flight to TRI. That's United State! So, I got the last flight of the day to Asheville instead to TRI the next day morning, hopefully I can get some rest finally at my reserved and fully paid room in this hotel.
After driving 1.5hrs and arrived at 2am, the hotel staff told me that they can't find my booking because it has been marked as 'no show', and they can't check-in any guest anyway at that time. She called her manger, Pennie Ratliff, and even the agency (Booking.com) where I booked the room through, talked to them, the hotel still denied my booking and stated that there's no refund.
I travelled around the world and stayed in all grade of hotel, this is the worst hospitality and most inexperience hotel I have ever been. If it is located near the airport, it should expect guests at all time. Just the week before, I have a flight delayed and I could only check-in my booked hotel stay in San Francisco the following afternoon. Even though I waited for less than 10mins while they check for my booking, they even offered a complimentary beer.
I don't know what system Choice Hotels are using, but I think they should refine their technical system and train your staff and manager to be more understanding instead of shutting your door without listening to your customers.

It’s a good place to stay for a decent price, but the service sucks. I’m there every week for the last past two months now and I asked them repeatedly for a solid four days straight to change my sheets clean my room while I was at work and they’re short of staff. There are several rude people there that work there. but there’s two individuals that are just so rude one is a male and one is a female you could surely pick them out. They should not be working with the public.

I Booked a room and paid in full at the time of booking. When I arrived to check in, I was told that I could not have a room because I was a local resident, even though they already processed my payment and took my money. They knew my address that I provided on booking, and they still processed my payment. There was a small disclaimer during the booking process that was not visible to me as a consumer, you have to select “see more” to see that they don’t allow locals, with no confirmation before you pay. Its poor business to provide to consumers. I was told to call and speak with corporate to get my refund, which I did and had to explain my situation twice to get a refund. And now I have to wait 20 days to receive the refund. Very poor business practices with this company. Do not recommend!
