I was pleased and would stay again. Very clean. Front desk lady was very nice. I guess the walls are thin, because I could easily hear people outside in the hallway and cars outside. I fixed that by turning the ac/heat unit on and it drowned out the noise. My only real issue was that when I checked in, I was asked for a card to put on file for incidentals. That was fine, as I was told I would not be charged, only if I stole or destroyed something. Fine. However, I happened to check my balance and indeed the hotel had charged me $120+ !! I had paid for the room through Priceline, so I should not have been charged anything. I immediately called the front desk and she said it’s probably a hold amount or something, but I was told I would not be charged!! Anyway, she was nice and I explained that it had been deducted from my balance and showing as pending, so it needed to be taken off. She said she was contacting the manager and apparently she did because it was fixed. So that wouldn’t keep me from coming back, but next time I will be sure to lock my card beforehand. Just make sure you keep an eye out for that. It wasn’t the lady’s fault and she was helpful.
Overall, a great, clean, comfortable place to stay.

Stayed one night after a 450 mile drive, on our way to Nashville. Front desk person was very friendly, had us checked-in in minutes and told us of some local attractions if we were looking to go out for a late dinner. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast options were a little thin, but found something to eat. Easy choice for a one-night hotel, under $100 and just off I-81

The room was filthy. The bedding on one bed was soiled and stained. Please see photo. It is not clean with dust and dirt on floors and furniture. We slept in clothes as it was very late by time we saw bed. One bed unusable. Room was large but this place is tired and outdated. This room was &120.00. Stay somewhere else. Photo has phone to show address of hotel. We relied on reviews that were not true.

I had a meeting in Kingsport and this was a local hotel. I have not always been a fan of the Comfort Inn's, but this one was amazing. The price was reasonable and the room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable of the area and that made it much easier for me.

This location is pretty old and not kept up. The breakfast was very disappointing with rock hard biscuits and gravy that was very watery. Extremely disappointed. The room temperature upon arrival was freezing and it was an extremely cold day. The thermostat was OFF! It took hours to warm up the room.

First room they put me in the door was open and trash was in the door way looked like room service was still being done. Second room definitely had a booger on the wall and all around need to be remodeled.

Was advertised for $88, and we end up to pay $134. Not worth the money....I have to recognize, it was my mistake ,I thought is Confort Suites when i made the reservation. .
