As a wedding venue we work with a lot of caterers in the region, but Good Batch Mama is our overall favorite! The food is delicious. The presentation is beautiful. I plan community events in the 10 Northeast TN counties and Good Batch has been our go-to for catering. They show up when they say they're going to, and they make good food. Highly recommend the Taco Bar and Baked Spaghetti for large groups. I will recommend them 100% of the time for catering needs going forward.

I can't say enough good things about Good Batch Mama catering. We chose them to cater our wedding in Nov 2024 and it was one of the best decisions we made ! The entire staff is incredibly kind and they truly wanted to help our dream come true. We wanted to have a Chinese food inspired cocktail hour with dim sum appetizers, and they were so excited to help us make that a reality. Everyone had great things to say about the food at the wedding. They sent us the most thought gift after the wedding which was above and beyond what they needed to do. 10/10 I recommend you let Good Batch Mama Cater any event you have planned!

My husband and I truly could not have asked for a more wonderful catering experience for our wedding day. Good batch mama was nothing short of AMAZING. But I especially want to note our personal catering operations manager, Trinity, who was also present at our wedding. Her service and attentiveness to our needs resulted in being the best service we experienced out of any services purchased for the wedding, and it was all done with the most genuine and kind attitude. She is truly one of a kind. The food was raved about by all of our guests. I have many food allergies and I received a custom allergy friendly pasta dish that would never have been detected as anything other than authentic and absolutely delicious. Finally, Good Batch Mama sent us a personalized gift after our wedding as a cherry on top to their phenomenal service. I truly couldn’t be any more pleased and grateful for the experience I had with Good Batch Mama on my wedding day!

Good Batch Mama truly went above and beyond to make our wedding meal dreams come true.

From the beautiful charcuterie spread during cocktail hour, to the cozy hot cocoa bar at the end of the (very cold) night, they provided everything we asked for in a way that exceeded all expectations.

In addition to the delicious food and gorgeous presentation, their team made every step of the planning process a dream. When my fiancé (now husband) and I tested positive for COVID-19 on the day of our scheduled taste testing, they kindly packaged up the prepared food and hand-delivered it to our doorstep for our convenience and safety.

I can't recommend Good Batch Mama enough. If you are looking for a top notch caterer, look no further.

So thankful for Good Batch Momma! The food is amazing and the prices are extremely affordable for everyone. These meals save us at least 2 hours of cooking and dishes every night after work. I recommend Good Batch Momma for everyone and every occasions. The “regular” portion feeds our family of 4 perfectly. Thanks for quality home cooked food at a great price. We switched from Hello Fresh and wish we had of done it sooner. Highly recommend! Attached is a quick photo of the chicken enchiladas that were so good.

Absolutely made my wedding day delicious. Everyone was talking about the food. They made the whole process from beginning to end so easy and they are all so sweet and just amazing. I can not recommend them enough!

If I only had four words to sum up Good Batch Mama I would say: Good food, great people.

I called their office tonight to see if they had any extra frozen casseroles that I could buy to take to a family member who had just lost a loved one. They graciously took my call and helped me out.

Today was not a pick up day, but a member of their team stayed after hours to check their inventory and wait for me to come pick up my last minute order. Their staff went out of their way to help out a customer in need.

I truly cannot recommend Good Batch Mama enough. The food is delicious, but the customer service exceeds all expectations.

All I can say is, when you eat at the Good Batch Mama table, you’re family.
