Our attendant was super nice and fun. The game went well and we had a good time. We played Backstage Blues. This was my third escape room. In my limited experience, I can't give it a 5. It just seemed to be lacking in mystery, or coherence. We definitely plan to return though.

My friends and I went twice today! We were only planning on doing one room but we loved it so much we did another one! We had tons of fun and some parts were more challenging then the rest! Loved the two rooms that we did today. We’re hoping to be back again to do the third room soon!!! Thank You for the fun times!!!

My wife and I wanted to do something different for a date night so we decided to do the Taken room here at our local escape room. The online registration process was quick and easy and you can go back to see how many people have joined the room. The host was great and explained everything in detail. The room was small but to be expected for the type of challenge. The clues were challenging and the room interacted great when puzzles were solved. It was a great date night would be fun to do with just two people or six. I highly recommend it.

The staff is amazing! I can't say enough about how friendly they are. The quality of this experience is worth every penny. Our kids loved virus x in the summer. We did a date night with the Taken scenario tonight and it was so much fun! We have already scheduled to go back!

Had a great time. I was worried it was going to be too stressful and scary; however, it was not that at all. They have scary ones, but reading the descriptions on the site helped our level of fun. The hosts were awesome as well. Great girls night! We will be back for more!

I had a blast at this Escape Room. I was really surprised in our challenge. The business is clean. The bathrooms are very nice. (I know that may seem like a strange thing to mention. But come on, how many times do you go to a cool place only to want to vomit if you have to use the restroom). I would recommend giving it a try. We had a group with 5 adults and one child. We did escape with a minute to spare. It is a good time.

Went to Escape Room in Kingsport on 09/05/2021 for birthday. Booked 5 people. We’ve done over 20 Escape Rooms and this was by far the worst. What’s sad is that it was built awesome and had a good theme.

The 1st room was supposed to have a flashlight that was missing. We spent 30 minutes trying to match up colors that we could not see in the dark. He told us to go ahead and use our phone lights but we had no shot by this time. Gave us 7 extra minutes at the end but the experience was already ruined.

We also pressed for help numerous times with no response and had to have a member of our party go get the attendant.

Could be a good place but was bad for us. We spent $125 and had a horrible experience.
