We had a very good experience. Look, it's a Hampton Inn not a resort. But it was clean and the people were nice. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice and accommodating. The ladies at the front desk were very nice as well. I marked the room down a little because because the bathroom could've been cleaner, but that wasn't a big deal. They sent somebody up to clean it.

We stopped at this hotel while traveling. We were very impressed with the value and security of this hotel. They provide a nice continental breakfast in the morning. All of the staff were very welcoming. If we are in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location just outside of Chattanooga. Good front desk attention. Only negative was the breakfast that did not have an egg dish in the morning on Sunday.

Textbook 4-stars. Good experience overall, but found out renovations were underway when I arrived. Had to park a little further out than I wanted to so that contractors could park their trucks near the front doors. Found the staff friendly, and the room was clean. The free breakfast was great, and appreciated. Room price @ $200 seemed excessive, but will likely book again in the future to see if I can hit the 5-star experience.

We were so exhausted when we got here. Didn't have time to reserve a room as we wanted to push on through to get home, we knew we had to stop for the night, though. Went in, the lady at the front desk was so nice! Got us in a clean and comfortable room really fast. Breakfast was great, and we were back on the road really refreshed after our stay. Conveniently located close to the main highway. Would recommend!

The rooms could use updating. Our room was carpeted which is just a big dirt and germ catcher. Other than that it was fairly clean. The check in was effortless with friendly staff. The turn into the parking lot was very easy to miss from the road. A small sign with a small driveway makes it difficult at night. I was just traveling through, but, if I did go back I would probably choose something else.
