The staff at this (x)hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel’s location made it so easy to anything and everything you could possibly be in need of for any budget.

Great location. 10 minutes outside Chattanooga. Clean and quiet accommodations. Front desk staff is very attentive and pleasant. Hot breakfast in the morning, fresh cookies upon check in. Highly recommend

I called on short notice for a room. I was able to quickly find a room that met my needs. It was comfortable, neat, clean and well appointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved that they had a Keurig with pods of my favorite coffee. I left my Kindle behind when I checked out. I was so pleased to find, 2 days later, that it was being safely kept in the office for the owner to reclaim. I would definitely stay here again.

Even though not directly on the interstate, it was well worth the few extra minutes for a nice relaxing stay. Staff were very polite and accommodating, the facility was clean and breakfast was better than expected. It was rather quiet and the room was real comfortable. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we pass through the area.

Arrived late at night and appreciate the front desk person being friendly, but would not stay here again. Concerned we would not have anywhere to park. Parking is minimal. A car was running in back lot and occupant was smoking weed. A couple was trying to get in the back door acting very strangely. Room felt old. At 1 AM we could hear people in hall and room next door. We luckily had a fan with us and were able to sleep. Did not stay for breakfast.

The overall stay was great. The staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel is an older hotel but very clean. My issue was the water didn’t get that hot in the shower, but I survived. The queen beds are usually softer than the one I was in, so a bit hard mattress for me. The elevator kind of scared me, as it rocked at times upon the door shutting. So just hoping it wouldn’t fall with me. Lol

We've stayed here a number of times over the past few years. The staff is always helpful and friendly, no matter how late we arrive. The breakfast includes amazing cinnamon rolls, eggs, cereal, muffins, yogurt, etc. And the electric vehicle chargers are a nice touch.

Breakfast was great. very clean and appetizing area. really liked the choices changing from day to day. Used the laundry facility, which was adequate and nice to have available on site. did not use the pool, but there is an indoor pool to enjoy.
