First our electronic key wouldn't work. Then we get back to our room on the third floor and all we hear is the ungodly disturbance of construction along with blasting mariachi music. Now I will say the front desk gentleman, Jerome maybe? He took care of that very quickly so we could all take a nap after a long day of traveling for 12+ hours.

They do advertise their beds are queen size, but they are definitely NOT queen size beds. The fridge in our room smelled so so bad of marijuana/skunk we simply couldn't use it; the odor was overpowering everything we opened it.

The next morning we were awakened by construction at 8:30am. Look, we get they have a disclaimer on their website that they are under construction, however, they only have 4 floors. The only floor you can stay on and not be inconvenienced by it is the 4th floor because construction is on the 2nd floor.

Their bedding was nice and so was the water pressure. All employees we encountered were very polite as well. We just felt for the price it could've been better.

Front desk service was very kind but not informed. We were welcomed and told that remodeling was underway. I didn’t notice anything from the desk. We were told the fitness room was 24 hrs. The route to the indoor pool was covered in paper with wet paint that got on our shoes. The painters were there prior to the photo being taken. It is very dusty from all the sanding being done. The outdoor pool looked open but is closed due to maintenance needing done. When we went to the fitness room, well you can see the photo. The rooms are fine but less than impressive which is probably why they are remodeling. I wish I would have known the condition prior to booking. I would have gone somewhere else especially when they are still charging full price.

Other than renovations in the building, which is understandable, our room was on the side by the highway and the traffic noise caused me to have a terrible nights sleep. The second night I slept better but that was because I was so tired. The rooms themselves were nice. Just be forewarned about the interstate 24 noise.

The rooms were ok but small. They were renovating, so everything was messier than normal. They definitely need the renovation because everything was extremely outdated. Our bathroom door didn't a our main door looked like someone taried to pry it open. The staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel was beautiful. The views looking down at the city was very breathtaking. The rooms were very nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was also good in the morning. Digital check in/out was a breeze and very easy to navigate. Hopefully my family and I can come back and stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Good customer service. We stayed one night this month while in town for a game at Covenant College. We had multiple issues checking in at 9:30 at night. The front desk employee was nice and apologetic. The next morning, the manager discounted our room. We really appreciate the discount.

The room was nice and all was clean. Breakfast was good. I can see the outside pool would be great for families since it has a fun slide. There was also a great view of Lookout Mountain from the pool area and from some of the rooms. The hotel is close to Ruby Falls, Rock City and other Chattanooga attractions. We recommend asking for the 4th floor. The view is nice, and it is quieter not having people above you. Because of the great customer service, we will definitely stay at this location again.

It was a very short stay but everything was great. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. The only downside was that apparently the person in the room next to us or maybe across from us, left their room around 6 am or so and let their door slam shut. It sounded like a thunderclap in our room!!! So, I can’t really blame the hotel for that, since it was the person who let their door slam shut, but maybe the hotel could do something so that the doors don’t slam so loud

I was very disappointed with the room. The mattress was broken down, the feather pillows were extremely thin, there were empty bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom. The shower was full of mold and looked as if it had not been cleaned.
