Their management of the Townplace Suites in Orlando, FL is really sad. As a titanium elite member for 5yrs running, I can tell you this is the worst run Marriott I’ve experienced yet. I have continued to use this property for the past three years for friends and family when they visit. I was not impressed by the service then, and now I had my wife stay there for the past two nights.

The front desk crew was consistently absent from their position, forgetful of their duties, and otherwise uncaring.
