So much fun! The crew was so awesome! The ride was peaceful and smooth. I didn't even feel the take off. Pat and Bobby were very prompt and professional. They explained everything and gave good expectations.

At the end of the excursion they offered mimosas, apple cider, and a continental breakfast spread. They offered muffins, fruits, homemade tarts and bread. Very nice compliment for the end of the excursion!

I would highly recommend it!

Bucket list ✔️!!!! I was soooooooo excited to share a hot air balloon ride with my son on his vacation to Arizona Spring Break 2024! ?️The sunrise over Marana was absolutely beautiful and I was smiling from ear to ear about my new adventure! Seriously!!!! I was annoying myself I was so freaking happy! ?I picked Southern Arizona Balloon Excursions because of the fabulous reviews, great communication with my questions and scheduling, the pilot’s experience, and duh - the colors of the balloon are pretty who wants a boring balloon in their photos?! Attention to detail! ? It was fun to share the experience with - friend for his first hot air balloon trip as well. I’d take ALL of my friends and family if I could!!!!
One of the gals on the crew, Naola, was the first to greet us at the meeting place and she put instantly made any nerves disappear. She’s such a sweetheart and when I showed her my t-shirt that said “This is on my bucket list” she told me she was sure I’d become a “BALLOONATIC!” ? Abso-freaking-lutely!!!! I was the last one out of the balloon and only because they made me get out lol. I’d go again and again and again!!!! I loved every single part of it- watching them test the air conditions, setting up and inflating the balloon, the peaceful lift off and surprise that of my gosh we are off the ground, the amazing views high in the sky, the pilot’s knowledge about the views and the balloon, the stunning ascent and descent, the champagne breakfast, and the great big hug from Naola. I can’t wait to book my next trip and to share the experience and excitement with more people! Let’s go! Let’s go!!!! ❤️✔️❤️✔️❤️✔️

Paddy was an excellent pilot and a wonderful host of our flying experience. He was very courteous and professional. He and his team seemed to have thought of everything needed to help passengers feel comfortable with the process. He communicated effectively, helping us to prepare ourselves for taking off and landing. He is very personable, and shared lots of great information about the area, the landscape, and flying hot-air balloons. It was an all-around awesome experience!

I went on a ride for my birthday! I'd never been before. It was a perfect ride. Their team is a whole family and tight crew, they all know what they're doing and work well together. Professional yet fun and easy going. I felt very safe and they know what they're doing. Highly recommend this experience!

Good family run business. Not the best communication in the beginning and a bit of a late start but had a blast, picked cotton while flying and got to witness the military paratroopers hopping out over the base.

This was far the best experience I’ve ever had! We decided to do a private balloon tour for our anniversary. It was amazing. Paddy, steve, neolla, and the amazing wonderful Sam were so professional. Paddy was very knowledgeable and informative on the mountains, and the rest of the terrain below. The views were amazing and the landing was smooth. We had a nice ending at the end. Would recommend 10/10. I again want to shout out the wonderful, amazing, and the most charming Sam
