This was our second trip to Chattanooga, where we stayed at the Aloft, Hamilton Place. The hotel is very contemporary and spotless. We stayed an entire week this time. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever!|If you have the good fortune to book your room through Ariel at the front desk, I would highly recommend it. She is so sweet, caring, and professional.|I also have to thank the hotel manager, Christina. Every time we saw her, she went out of her way to say hello and ask how a visit was going and asked if there was anything she could do for us. She has instilled this in all the employees, and it really shows!|The rooms are extremely clean as is the entire facility. I didn’t use the workout room, but everybody that did seem to really enjoy it. They also have a rooftop bar with a fire pit. The views are wonderful and it’s a comfort at the end of the day to just sit outside on a cool evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is also another fire pit in the sitting area adjacent to the swimming pool. My wife and I spent a lot of time out there making plans for the day, and figuring out where we wanted to eat. There is not a short supply of restaurants that is for sure! Most of them within walking distance.|The beds are very, very comfortable and we didn’t hear any outside noise.|I can’t say enough about the staff in this hotel! Everything was wonderful and we are planning our third trip now!

The hotel is really clean! The decor was modern and cool. The king bed was perfectly firm, as well as the pillows. The outdoor patio area looked so fun! I wish our stay would've been longer so we could've enjoyed the pool and patio. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We checked out at 7am, and JR was so cheerful and greeted every guest. Shoutout to all the staff we were greeted by during our stay, Aerial, JR, and Ryan!

I was really hoping to like this hotel as it was my first time trying the Marriott Aloft brand. The hotel was clean and conveniently located next to Hamilton Place mall. Very nice gym downstairs and right next to Cheesecake Factory. Here are my issues: The wallpaper is crazy modern art with giraffes, aliens, haunted houses, spaceships, etc. The wallpaper is awful and distracting. Parking can be incredibly difficult as it is shared with the mall. The hotel manager drives a Toyota and she parks in the “not a parking space” out front between the hotel and Cheesecake Factory next door. I watched her do this every day of my stay. That alone should give you an idea of how bad the parking situation is. Breakfast is available in the rooftop bar but you can do much better at the cafe right around the corner towards Crunch Fitness (same building as the Aloft). Employees were friendly however breakfast area is so poorly staffed and ignored that I was helping other guests find the coffee creamer in the mini fridge. I would absolutely not bring my family to this hotel. If you want to stay in a bar like hotel with modern art this is the place for you.

Good location. Lots near by. Dog-friendly! Rooms were modern. Elevators have a key card safety feature. Brad did a great job at breakfast. He was attentive and kept the place clean. Thanks! We will return when we are in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The hotel is great the rooms are comfy and clean my only complaint about the rooms is there isn’t even a microwave in the room i have been here twice and had to stay for the whole week for work so at least having a microwave woukd have been great. LISA!!! the bartender upstairs is awesome i love her so much she is extremely friendly and both my trips i spend every evening up there just talking and bsing with her she deserves so much no matter what that woman is welcoming and remembered my name from the go i made sure both trips to go up and give her a huge hug the night before i left she will be the main reason i ever come back and stay at the aloft in chattanooga for sure

I rated this hotel a 3/5 for a couple reasons. 1) NO PARKING. The hotel is located next to a huge mall and a Cheesecake Factory. There was no designated parking for hotel guests except handicapped. We had to drive around the mall parking lot in hopes of finding a space close to the hotel. There should be spots designated for hotel guests. 2) NOISY. We do a lot of traveling and stay in a lot of hotels. We have never stayed in a hotel that the noice down the hall way echos through the walls into our room that was located at the end of the hallway. I always pay extra (when available) for the corner or end of hallway rooms to stay away from the hallway noise. But voices carried all down the hallway and echoed off the walls. Other than these 2 issues the hotel itself was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Would I stay again? No but only because of the two issues noted. If you don’t care about parking or noise, this would be a good hotel for your family.

Fantastic stay on my way back from Tampa to Ohio. It was storming really badly with tornado and flood warnings so my dogs and I were drenched when we got in and it was quite late. JR was fantastic checking us in and displayed great empathy noticing we were cold and exhausted and went out of his way to make our check in smooth and quick. He was very kind to my dogs which always goes a long way with a dog mom. We were so thankful for a clean, warm, comfortable, friendly place to stay after a long drive and before another one the next day. The location is great as well near to the freeway with lots of shopping. A coffee shop is attached with light food if you need breakfast or coffee in the morning (mean mug) they also have a dog friendly patio! Thanks again Aloft/Marriott/JR!

Loft style room with modern furniture and funky wallpapers. It gives a feel of mini apartment, although with minimal privacy. Free parking, and complimentary coffee/tea, breakfast comes at additional charge.
Check in was easy, pleasant staff were able to assist us with a couple of missing items in our room. Pool is closed for the season, but you can still enjoy outdoors by the fire pit.
We had a great stay! Thank you!
