Beautiful CLEAN hotel, friendly staff, well laid out and accessible. Parking is free, plentiful, and easy to access. The mini store with snacks and drinks by the front counter is extensive. Breakfast was great (and free) - in addition to the usual sausage, pancakes, etc we had pulled pork available. I ate way too much - delicious!

Easy access, clean inside and out, suites are very spacious, quiet considering the location, and friendly staff. Will stay again.
Perfect location if needing to be near the hospital or train station.
Several restaurants nearby.

Great staff and very clean hotel!!! Love that it is pet friendly. Would deff recommend 10/10. Love the snacks. My only note is I wish they had smart tvs!

Haven’t actually stayed yet, but I’ll give a full update once I do in Feb! The prices were good though, albeit they were discounted rates for our military ball that’s being held nearby… so I can’t speak for their regular prices, but it seems like a nice spot right near downtown Worcester right off the highway, and right on the hopping Shrewsbury Street!

The hotel and staff are lovely. Everything was clean and inviting. My only issue is that we stayed 5 nights/6 days. It was only cleaned once- and they forgot hand towels, washcloths, a privacy sign for the door and the replenish the tea bags. The front desk graciously accepted my list and the supplies were in our room by the time we returned. However, it wasn’t cleaned again for the rest of the time. (They claim every other day). Now in a regular hotel room that wouldn’t matter…but in a place where there is a kitchen and therefore lots of recycling, and food leftovers, garbage etc. it was a significant problem. Also, no robes given despite what is stated on the site. (No big deal). With so many hotels and suites available in the area, I would pick another one next time.

We had an nice stay while attending a tango festival in Worcester. It was during the crowdstrike computer outage and Isabel Gil, the manager was excellent, calm, she gave us quiet room and also took care of a house cleaning concern without any issues. Real pro and that made a difference. The hotel is in a great location and clean, easy parking, nice gym. Spacious suite. Recommend the Mercantile for drinks on roof deck. O'Connor's also a favorite a short drive away. |Ben

booked prior to arriving, got there, immediately turned away at the door and wasn’t allowed to check in. absolutely outstanding service from the employees 🙄. having to be 21 to check in is so stupid , i get that you can serve alcohol to someone under but the fact i can’t get a hotel is completely ridiculous. i frequent hilton and am always respectful, guess it doesn’t count for anything though since im 19
