This hotel is a cut above a Courtyard. Not a typical full service Marriott having no amenities such as Q-Tips, bathrobe, etc.||The housekeeping was very sporadic/poor. During a 4 day stay we had to call 3 times in late afternoon to get service.||The Exec. Lounge offered a very poor selection for the evening service - most nights running out of food. Having said that, the Lounge offered an exceptional breakfast. It was also staffed with a couple of excellent people Edgar and Denise. They tried hard with apparently very little support.||Enough with the negatives.||The highlight of the hotel was the front desk staff. They were very hospitable and accommodating. We met the front desk manager, John Fagone. After spending some time with him, it is understandable why these folks were as good as they were.||Another hi light was the restaurant. Good food and courteous staff, especially Cordia.

The lobby is clean and spacious, front desk staff is super friendly, Ryan was extremely pleasant and helpful while smiling the whole time! The self-service market in the lobby is well stocked and available 24/7 without having to interact with anyone - love it.

My room was clean and spacious with a safe and small refrigerator. The shower was large and water pressure was great. Elevators are quick which is nice not having to wait long.

Chopps Italian restaurant is inside the hotel, breakfast is good but a little expensive for my taste (as everything is in this area compared to where I live). I did have dinner there and the chicken was little dry.

Stayed here for 1 night travelling through the area. Having stayed here several times, many years ago; I was a bit hesitant. However, they have done a good job maintaining the property.|The room was nicely upgraded and had everything. The room was quite small but adequate. As a platinum member, no upgrade? Although the room was OK for 1 night.|Club lounge has been moved right off the main restaurant. Went here before dinner and they had hot and cold apps set up. I asked about a drink and they told me to go to the bar. There were wine glasses set up…server was just too lazy to pour me a glass of wine. He set up the food and disappeared. |The club lounge for breakfast was very nice. You could go into the main dining room and use the full buffet. They had a chef preparing omelets and a good assortment of food. Receptionist in club lounge was very pleasant.|Had dinner in main restaurant. Server was very pleasant, food just OK. |Great location right off the highway. Close to many businesses and mall. Free parking. |This hotel has a large banquet facility.

I love Marriott and the hotels they operate. This one though wasn’t one I’d come back to or recommend. The hotel itself is clean including the rooms. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, always with smiles. The Food at Chopped steakhouse was really good. The problem with this property was the overwhelming need for updates and repairs. Also the bathroom is separated from living space by a frosted sliding glass door. There was a considerable gap as well which made the door unnecessary as everyone can hear, see, and smell what’s going on in there. Not sure whose design idea that was but they should be fired.

Overall, a decent hotel with good service. The lobby and common areas are well-kept and inviting, and the fitness room is surprisingly big, which is a nice plus. They’ve got both an indoor and outdoor pool, which is great for different seasons.

One highlight is the Italian steakhouse on the third floor—definitely worth checking out.

The one big downside? The shower water pressure is really weak, which is frustrating. Wish they’d improve that because otherwise, it’s a solid stay.

Wonderful stay and courteous staff. It is 18-20 mins from downtown Boston and very nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

They serve breakfast and have a beautiful cafe. Various amenities to add to the list like gym, swimming pool etc.

Positive: When you walk in it's nice Negative: First off the hotel room was small and you could tell the walls weren't cleaned and the beds were so uncomfortable. Also, the cleaning lady was knocking on my door at 9am and wouldn't stop until I answered and then she said sorry. Definitely, not. okay.

The room was nice and everyone was nice but the biggest problem was I didn’t have hot water for my shower. I did talk to the front desk and they said they’ll get it checked immediately but water had slight improvement maybe lukewarm at best. Overall the room was fine but I wouldn’t go back after that.
