This wedding venue has my heart! As a wedding photo/video company I see lots, but this location was one in a million. The history, breathtaking scenery, and the charm was one of my favorites. The space inside waterfront was really interesting as well, plenty of space, and loved all the beautiful brick! Staff was a pleasure to work with, and the day went amazing! 10/10 recommend and hope to have the pleasure of working here again!

We had our wedding here 5/5 & it was the best!! Everything went smoothly from the beginning when we booked to the very end.

I love that it’s a historic building; it was almost like a blank canvas allowing me to envision how I wanted the venue to be for our wedding. Brandon did a spectacular job decorating and did what I asked. The bartenders were awesome too. Everyone enjoyed the venue and especially with the view from the deck.

We also had a brunch here the next day and it was still beautifully decorated and spacious for everyone.

If I ever have an event again I’d have it here. Highly recommend.

We had our daughters wedding there on 5/5/24. Wasn't what I expected as a wedding venue but it was what they wanted, after all the flowers, decorations, pictures and everything else was set up the place was fabulous! It looked awesome thanks to Brandon who did a spectacular job ! Brandon was an awesome coordinator with the decorations, the caterers, the dj and bar staff. We also had a breakfast the next morning in which he coordinated everything. Both events were great and everyone that was there commented on how smoothly the wedding went throughout the night.

What a fabulous venue for all kinds of celebrations! This was for our daughter's wedding, and everything was spot-on.
Working with the Owners and Staff was a pleasure as they are so very knowledgeable. We followed their lead and all went very smoothly. Highly recommend!

I went to the Drag the River event 06/30 and bought the $90 Vip ticket, with taxes and fees came out to $108

I want to start by saying the Drag queens were all amazing and Tara was a wonderful host. She was funny as always and did great crowd work. Based purely on the show it would have gotten 5 stars

HOWEVER for $108 vip ticket, my table was pushed into a corner behind the DJ, which absolutely would have been fine had their not also been a camera man that stood in front of my table the whole event.

I asked him to move, and he did for about 5 minutes until he came back and blocked my view again. I maybe saw half the show because of this...

I can definitely recommend coming here but never pay more than $10. VIP was a scam.

We had our wedding here and the venue itself is gorgeous. You really need to make sure the space works for you though – put in a little thought about your layout beforehand, because we ran into an issue that really changed our vision.

Our planner did most of the correspondence with WoW but it seemed there were a lot of delays in trying to get answers on certain things due to lack of responsiveness. And, while Brandon was nice, I felt he was a bit overbearing. We were initially going to just try and use him for planning but that didn’t work out because, again, they wouldn’t respond to emails. I’m actually glad that didn’t work out though, I don’t think it would have been a very enjoyable experience – and we really loved our planner, Brittanie Raquel Events!

The day of our wedding, we were told our DJ could not set up where we had planned for him to set up. They cited handicap restrictions/laws. And that may be the case, I’m not saying it isn’t. But it REALLY changed the vibe of the wedding and drastically altered out set up. Brandon told us this has been discussed like a week prior with our planner, but in speaking with her, that did not seem to be the case. I can’t speak to the discussion they had, tut I can tell you that being told your whole floorplan has to change on the day of your wedding is definitely not cool. Not to mention, trying to have your DJ play music and announce everything while he’s stuck behind a brick wall and literally can’t see anything doesn’t even pass the common sense test.

We also planned our own bar. We had a pretty small menu (a few wines, a few cocktails, and a beer). We had an ingredient list and bought all of the ingredients, which included lemon and lime juice. Without asking us, Brandon just made a sour mix. To us, the bar was one of the important aspects. We put a lot of thought and planning into it. If we wanted a pre-made sour mix, we would have made it ourselves. I felt it was quite presumptive to just do that. We paid the bartenders to be there making the drinks the way we had planned.

Our wedding was still amazing but both of these incidents were extremely frustrating and, although the venue itself is beautiful and everything worked out, I just don’t have a lot of great things to say about the staff interaction. I would recommend for anyone looking into WoW to consider the reviews.

The Venue was everything we could have asked for! We had 125 people at our wedding and the space handled it great! The owner was a little difficult to get in touch with at times but overall We were very pleased with the venue. The Views outside and the esthetic inside are absolutely Beautiful!!!

Warehouse on the Water was the first wedding venue we looked at and we completely fell in LOVE with it. Every other venue we looked at we kept comparing it to here and thank goodness we went with it. It is absolutely STUNNING on the inside and Kathryn and Brandon are the most amazing people. We had Brandon there with us the night of our wedding and I can not say enough things about him. Kathryn was very responsive to our emails leading up to the event. The best part for us was just how naturally beautiful the Warehouse on Water is so we barley had to decorate at all. They made our wedding go so smooth and we wouldn't have done anything different.
