Hiring Jenelle and her team at Merry Up Events was the best thing we ever did. With Covid we had to postpone our big wedding and reception to 2021 and quickly shifted gears to have a backyard wedding in my parents yard on our original date. Once I started re planning everything I realized I was in desperate need of someone to help keep the day running smoothly so I found Merry Up Events and from the first conversation I knew I was in good hands. She was available for all of my questions and helped me brainstorm centerpieces- even going so far as to find and pick up 15 pineapples before the wedding so they were fresh. She also had a collection of decorations we were able to borrow including table numbers and flowers for the centerpieces. She had wonderful recommendations including a great videographer she knew of and all sorts of tricks and tips for the day. The actual day of Jenelle and her team were invaluable. They arrived at the house in the morning and worked so hard in the rain and mud to have everything set up and ready to go including our beautiful centerpieces and head table. She coordinated with our vendors beforehand and the day of so we were able to focus on getting ready and didn't have to be running around talking to all of the vendors. The rain made us change plans to get married under our tent instead of in the yard and Jenelle and her team made sure the appropriate tables were moved last minute. They really worked incredibly hard. It was also nice to have them running the show and letting us know when it was go time and coordinating the ceremony etc. Jenelle also made sure to check in with us and always made sure we had what we needed. I truly cannot thank Merry Up Events enough for making our day run as smoothly as possible. We could not have done it without them. Caitie and Joe
