Our stay at Townplace Suites was very nice. We chose this hotel for the shuttle pickup from Logan and close proximity to PreFlight parking. Here’s a tip park at PreFlight and pay in advance, it’s much cheaper than parking at the hotel.|Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were overlooking the bridge and left the window open, which was very noisy. If you want a quieter room make sure you close the window! The shuttle driver from the airport was very helpful with all of our baggage. Checkin was easy. Breakfast was basic but decent. If I stay again I would request a room away from the bridge and front of hotel.

All of the staff are terrific; shuttle driver at 10:30 pm, prompt check in, and friendly folks.
Shuttle again at 10a - different driver, same nice smile and positive attitude.
Good value for the travel dollar - I will return.

Hi there. The place is excellent and close to the airport; the staff is kind and welcoming. One of the most important things is that the shuttle service is good, and you need to take it to the departure area. Make sure to call the hotel first to coordinate the pick-up from the airport. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they have the amenities you will need during your stay.

Great staff, but the noise from the highway is LOUD. They could benefit from installing double pane windows. Also, our shade would not go down and maintenance had to come, and the pullout sofa was at an angle that had to be adjusted. Further, there was a loud clicking noise in the hallway with a fire alarm that the staff thought was normal. Lastly, and this may be the worst, to get to this hotel from the city you need to pass a bridge that is perhaps the slowest bridge lowering I’ve ever seen, so need to budget many extra minutes.

Last mn reservation|Fast|Nice|Clean|I called for the shuttle and within 8 mn it was here@ the airport. The ride is less than 10 mn.|The room was fantastic.|Just a bulb to replace and a light drip in the bath sink.|Overall fantastic great staff.|The view from our room was not top top but I did not care (room 504).|They provide ear plugs if air planes sound bother but it did not bc the window was good enough to me to be sound proof.

Very clean rooms, clean lobby, friendly service, great shuttle to Logan Airport, tasty complimentary breakfast and a nice gym…. But no bar, no restaurant and if the bridge is up you’re going to sit in traffic for a while. Also the surrounding neighborhood is less then desirable.

Thank you to Mr. Stephano Anamisis for a wonderful stay. He helped work out the issues I was having prior to checking in. The rooms were tidy and clean, lobby was nice and spacious, and breakfast was delicious! I work in the hospitality industry and was grateful for this hotels help and flexibility.

Was this a luxury hotel stay? No, but that’s not what we expected having researched before we decided on a place to stay. for the price, it was great. We were here in October and it was the best price available (and also the cheapest parking rate of any hotels close to Boston). We would stay here again on any future trips, and I’ve recommended it to people looking to make a trip up here.

The free breakfast is just ok, but it’s free. They had eggs (scrambled or boiled), sausage(out of bacon, apparently a guest a day before we got there cleaned them out lol), bagels and English muffins, cereal, oatmeal and bananas and oranges. They even had oat milk. There’s was also juice, and yogurt. Waffles are only available on the weekends. They also keep a jug of ice water in the lobby at all times, along with having snacks and drinks available to buy.

There’s a free shuttle to and from the airport. Call once you arrive and after you’ve grabbed your luggage. They’ll tell you where to meet the shuttle at your terminal and give an estimate of arrival. Check in at the latest the day before checkout to schedule a shuttle to the airport. They’ll even hold your luggage for you before and after check in/out.

Basically right next door to an enterprise, where we rented our car. We walked there and back to pick up the car and drop it off. Drop off was at night and we didn’t feel unsafe walking back to the hotel. We even walked from the Chelsea train station back to the hotel one night. Never had any issues.

We were on the backside of the hotel, and not near the elevators. We had no issues with noise. Our room was clean. We were on the second floor.

The service we received from all of the employees we came across was great. Everyone greeted us with smiles and they were all happy to help or answer questions.

No, there’s no restaurants close by, and nothing is really the best walking distance. But if you don’t want to walk anywhere, Lyft was super cheap while we were here. In the week of our stay, we spent maybe a total of $200 for multiple trips including tips (we only had our car for 3 days when we drove out of state, everywhere else we got to by Lyft).
