We’ve been with this group for several years during which the business name has changed three times — not very reassuring.
We made available an inventory of timeshare points for rental last year. They sold off 1m-plus between April and May. Still waiting for the bulk of payout of $1600 and — salting the wound — they then charged me a late fee for delaying my renewal for 2024.
Update July, 2024:
Last credit of the payout has been made. The team was gracious in the explanation and resolution of my concerns.

Thanks to CETAC for really helping to simplify our travel experience. Our golf group wanted a weekend getaway in Lake Charles, LA. CETAC not only researched lodging but assisted in getting us great seats for a weekend show reserving tee times
Their customer service really shined when the group needed several changes in tee times and clarification about use of electronic show tickets. CETAC representative was friendly, prompt in making changes based on our new requests and kept me informed by email, phone and official forms that I could used as confirmation ( I always feel more comfortable having confirmation info in hand).
Our group had a great weekend experience; especially when all of our rooms were on the same floor close together. That was a nice bonus!!!!

I love, Love, LOVE CE Travelers Advantage Club! They were quick with a response and they helped me decide where to go and which hotel would give me more for the money I was about to spend. They were very patient with me and they made the whole experience enjoyable! My family's trip was the BEST short stay trip we have ever taken and I can not wait to call them again this year!

I met Cherokee three years ago at the high school where I currently work. Little did I know that my life was about to change. He introduced me to one of his travel plans and I was instantly sold. My wife and I have five kids, 13 year old quadruplets and a 20-year-old. Since joining the CETAC family, my family and I have traveled more, enjoyed resort accommodations and amenities, for a fraction of what we used to pay. Their customer service is second to none, and they have exceeded our expectations on every trip. I quickly introduced Cherokee to my friends and now they are also members of CETAC. My friends and I look forward to sharing our pictures and videos from our vacation. CETAC is also a pillar in our community and their generosity doesn't go unnoticed. Whether it's providing a handicapped kid and his mother the opportunity to go to Disney World or donating over $70,000 to a private school. Cherokee and his team are there. Thank you CETAC, for making family vacations and getaways affordable for us all.

SCAM ALERT...beware of this company and its owner. Cherokee Edwards is a true con artist and fraud. They will scam you. They will not provide the product they'd provide. They will only take your money. Stay away!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Where do I start? From day one, I was specific with my request. I expressed the importance of having an ocean view or ocean front room each time I spoke with Cherokee. It was agreed upon that although I had provided my bank information; nothing would be retrieved from my account if my request could not be fulfilled. After several email exchanges, text messages that included video footage of the rooms (WITH OCEAN FRONT VIEWS), telephone calls; I was told and emailed that a room with an OCEAN FRONT VIEW was available for me. Upon arrival at the resort during check-in guess what...I was booked for a CITY VIEW room. I showed emails and text messages of my request for the OCEAN FRONT VIEW room. The resort staff informed me that I was never booked for an OCEAN FRONT VIEW but for the CITY VIEW and that there were no vacancies with OCEAN FRONT VIEW. I immediately contacted Cherokee who was not available until 4 hours later. But any other time, I can get him on the phone immediately prior to booking this resort. I was even more disappointed when I received a text from Cherokee saying, "he thinks they gave all the OCEAN VIEW units our right at 4:00pm." C'mon, if I have paid for my entire stay upfront; why would MY RESERVED UNIT not be available regardless of my arrival time. Mind you, I arrived around 7:30pm. If the rule is first come first serve; you should inform your customers. I travel on a regular basis and this is the first time; I have ever been told this about a resort.

Needless to say, I was highly disappointed and disgusted. But after calling around to every resort/hotel on the beach strip; everyone was booked to capacity and I had traveled 4 hours to this destination. So, guess who was stuck in a CITY VIEW room for their BIRTHDAY weekend...ME! So, the next morning I requested an OCEAN FRONT VIEW room and was told that they still did not have any vacancies. Annnnnd about the resort, I'm not even sure how many stars they received but I could feel the mattress springs through the mattress while laying on my side; which I also wrote about on the resorts survey.

After contacting Cherokee about my stay; I'm even more disappointed that after being SCAMMED at the end of the day; all I received was an I'm sorry! And Casey and whomever else helped with the booking knew I wasn't being reserved for an OCEAN FRONT VIEW unit when she contacted me. That's why she was very vague and never responded back to my last email. NEVER AGAIN...LESSON LEARNED...MONEY WASTED!

Cherokee helped me get out of a very stressful situation. After dealing with a large and expensive marketing firm who didn't value nor listen to me as a client, I just knew I would be stuck in a contract that would hurt me and my business financially. Once I used Cherokee's services, he wrote a certified letter on my behalf that got me out of a two-part contract of 6 and 12 months. I'm so thankful, Cherokee saved me thousands of dollars, literally!!
