Above and Beyond set us up with a Mediterranean cruise. It was a good price, and they thought of thi ga we would have never done. Our room placement was good, drink package was good, came with on board credit, and they helped every step of the way. Great customer service for such a small company.

Tried to book a cruise from Norfolk. We eventually found out that this was NOT something that Teresa was at all familiar with. She tripped through giving US instructions on how to make cruise happen, and along the way she'd change dates and instructions to us. We were SO stressed that we had to tell her 'forget the whole trip. ' she told us the ins. would cover any reason to cancel. 6 months later still jumping through hoops to get some of our paid in full $. No help from Teresa, and she kept her 'service fee' that she shamelessly collected from us! Even admitted to us how unfamiliar she was with new cruises out of Norfolk! She should have said that before taking our money! Never going to Above and Beyond again! No shame, no morals!
