This is an amazingly tranquil place to take a relatively flat hike among the wildflowers and in the shadow of Mt. Greylock. The transfer are all loops and alternate between sweeping meadow vistas, woodland, orchards, and wildflower fields. Some parts of the trail can be a little muddy after the rain. There's also a nice orchard with a bench to have a snack with a view. You can stay on the property at two buildings but I have never done that. It's definitely worth a stop. The parking is limited and the signage on the trails is fantastic.

No longer going there although it's wicked pretty. My canine is always leashed and the farm says all MUST be leashed but it's not enforced. Some owners let their canines pooh right on the trail and the owners don't have enough sense to see the problem this creates. I'll hike somewhere else.

Loved this place. We did the walk to the top, we didn't make it all the way but great views, great trails.

Beautiful trustee land with great hiking trails. The trails are well marked and very flat topography so anyone can hike there. Just know that there are plenty of open field trails so can get pretty hot in the summer. Bugs can be a problem as well. Birding is great. End your hike by their beautiful inn and check out the sculptures scattered around the property. Short drive from downtown Williamstown. Definitely worth checking out!

Only awarded 3 stars due to the trail conditions in late February. Extremely muddy parking lot, the trail not much better. Onus on me (only been living upstate for a few years,) for not planning on the seasonal conditions. Happy to try it again in spring, summer, or fall.
