My husband and I visited here for a birthday party. It's a very nice atmosphere small intimate setting for a party of under 50 people. I have only one issue, the front door doesn't close all the way. That's the important part, especially when so much is happening. The door needs to be fixed and secure.

Brittany was absolutely AMAZING!! She is professional, accommodating and very sweet. This place is great. Hardwood floors and exposed brick allows for a elegant industrial look for your event that makes decorating and setup very easy. Plus the rates are more than reasonable. I had my baby shower here a few weeks ago and there were several attendees that kept asking, "how I found this place!"

This place is very nice & spacious for a small gathering . The location is great & street parking is available .The owner of the place is very polite . She's very courteous of surrounding neighbors , assuring that parties of the event . Is being respectful of them , not standing outside or being loud outside .

It smells like mildew I think he has something to do with the brick that was out of the wall. Someone needs to check up on that because it's not healthy for people to breathe.
