Just wow!
The front desk staff member that checked me in was super professional, well spoken and friendly upon checking.
My room was clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking with space for oversized vehicles including truckers.
We got to see a flock of Canadian geese during our stay. What a treat!

We use the Clarion hotel and Taunton for all of our fitness events for events for our studio.. I always deal with the sales rap Maureen and Maureen and she always provides us with everything we need. I love the Holiday Inn here in Taunton because it's conveniently located between absolutely everything. Easy access from Cape Cod, Providence, Providence, Boston common Western mass literally 5 minutes off though off the 495

Maureen the director of catering at our venue is an absolute sweetheart and pleasure to work with. She is what makes Clarion hotel so special. My dj had a package deal where it comes with a cloud machine which I really wanted the smoke for my first dance to cover because I was very shy to do a romantic dance in front of my family😂 But unfortunately the venue had a no cloud machine policy. Maureen did try to make it work for me but she can’t change policies for me when she doesn’t have power over everything. I had really rough months leading up to my reception, a lot of sad things happened in my family where I had happy moments like my reception coming up. Maureen was very understanding and always knew how to brighten up our moods when we spoke to her. She even told me to stay in contact with her even after the reception is over which made me feel so special. She did the very best to make everything work for our reception, she accommodated to all our wants and needs for our reception. She was in contact with us almost everyday making sure everything comes out perfect.

Top notch conference center. Rooms are spacious, A/V equipment worked well. The event I attended had pastries and coffee in the morning and a buffet lunch. Was disappointed that the coffee was taken away around 9 and didn’t come back. All day conferences are tough without caffeine replenishment.

Great customer service. We had 2 rooms , they made sure to have them be adjoining. We checked in at 3 & out by 11.
Stayed 1 night.
The pool closed a few min early at night and wasn't available to guests before we checked out....kind of a bummer but that's on me for not checking before booking. The rooms were clean but , the carpet was a bit worn & gave the "you better keep shoes or slippers on "
The cleaning lady was very friendly in the morning.

This has been a great experience for me staying at this Hotels for 5 days. Very clean, breakfast is amazing for $15 you get a whole buffet. Rooms are cleaned almost everyday, customer service is very professional and all of that for a reasonable low price. Definitely recommend for those trying to stay at a great place for a low price. Freeway is less than 2 min away, coming from California this place is very central especially if you wish to go to all New England states.
