It’s a weekly/weekend getaway of fun for me and my daughter. It reminds me of the fun I had in arcades growing up. There’s numerous things to do there outside of just playing games which is double clutch like Kobe. The hospitality there is top tier for me and mine when we’re there. PCG for the win!

Absolutely loved my experience at Platinum City Gaming. The atmosphere is unbeatable—cool, laid-back vibe with the perfect mix of old-school arcade games and modern craft beers. Had my sons 13th birthday party there today and let me just say that every single kiddo who attended had a blast! Not only did the kiddos have a blast but so did my self and my husband! Nina was our host and she was the absolute BEST! She took care of us so well, her bubbly personality was on point! We had a great time!

I ordered a Groupon for the Smash room "stressed out for two" and called them and they were able to make an appointment for the day and time I wanted and sent me a confirmation right away which was great.

However, today I came with a friend at a little before 4 PM for our appointment and when we got there, there were two people that were ahead of us and going into the smash room first. We waited and waited and waited. Unfortunately, they don't put a time limit on the smash room and the girls were singing and dancing in there even though they finished smashing. They have a live video feed from the room for anyone in the venue to see, so we were able to see that they were done for quite a while.

Eventually, it was 5:15 PM when we finally started our smash room, more than an hour after our appointment was supposed to start. I'm confused why they had us set an appointment and then allowed people to start the room at the time of our appointment? Like, if you have an appointment scheduled for 4 PM, nobody should be *starting* the smash room at 3:55 PM, but us, in my opinion.

Also, it is *not* worth the full price. I'm glad we had a Groupon, even then it was overpriced. They gave us a crate of about 20 beer bottles to smash. For $30, and the full price is $60 Crazy. Anyway, I don't recommend it for the money or the waste of time we spent waiting.

$60 for a smash room of 12 beer bottles is wildly overpriced. Again, I'm glad I didn't pay full price.

I understand that there's not a time limit, but what's even the point of having an appointment for 4 when someone else is *starting* the smash room at 4? Did they also have an appointment for 4 PM and you only have 1 smash room? Or, did we have an appointment for 4 PM and you gave our time slot to someone else that was a walk in? Either way, that policy is stupid. I don't mind waiting a little if a room was going over, but literally we came at the same time as the other people and ended up having to wait over an hour for our appointment. Just don't do appointments if you take walk-ins or only make one appointment per time slot if you only have one smash room.

Rashaud helped me and my boyfriend out, we found a deal online and he was quick to make it work. He made us feel very welcome once we walked and was helpful over the phone. We loved the smash room, we payed for 12 bottles but he gifted us 25. After we also did the $25 for a hour play game card. He recommended it as it was the best choice to get our monies worth. Seems like a great space for families and will definitely be back when we are back in town.

Everyone needs to go and experience! I had a blast (air hockey, 💥 Smash room, karaoke, pac man, basketball 🏀 you name it.. Then drinks and rocking music all night long…! All Night 🎵 All ….night… long 😝 haha it was my first time, I enjoyed myself and taking my friend out for her bday and tap into inner child was a MUST! I will be back this is the perfect date night/ friends night/ family outing or child play dates… I don’t have children but toddlers have an entire section for themselves in that place. There’s also a beautiful selfie chair to the left when you walk in and let’s not forget the play card which includes unlimited games for entire hr ONLY $25 lol Gooood byyye D and buster.. j/k
No but seriously even the lady and her son are so polite and accommodating and literally checks in with almost everyone. The attention to detail and polite attitude cannot be mimicked… Saulte I wish I could give 10 Stars ⭐️ my only take away would be…. I wish it was larger and took up the entire parking lot
You can even buy scratch tickets like what doesn’t this place have!! I highly recommend!! what are you waiting for.. Don’t believe me or take my word for it.. Go check it out for yourself! The spacious parking was a plus and a must for me.. Thank You Platinums City Sincerely- Flyniesha 😘
