I have had home care from Webster for quite a while now and it’s helped my family hell take care of me! My Aunt helps take care of me since I have severe RA and some days can bare do anything. She has helped me take care of my kids from when they were 4 and 6 and now are 14 & 16! Anytime we have a problem all we have to do is call one of the workers we have gotten to know and we get our situation resolved quickly! They always answer texts, calls and any questions we may ever have! They are all so sweet and caring! I look forward to being with Webster Home Care for a long time!!!

I only gave one star cuz there’s no option for negative stars, they could care less about their clients they don’t have or care to have and keep files about the clients specific disability n needs not even that but they don’t do the job they’re job title is for. There’s been a few great home health aides I absolutely Love problem is the ones behind the scenes don’t do or help what they’re paid to do it’s a clique, they don’t respect the hipaa law and if they personally don’t like the home health aides you have and are comfortable with they make excuses to fire them which they really don’t understand how much distress that puts on a client who aren’t on disability and need help for fun not everyone can speak up for themselves which just makes everything harder. I do wish they truly cared about clients because that would make a world of difference being able to depend upon them I’ve seen by far the most amazing helpful caring health aides fired and some of the worst couldn’t care less health aides come and go. TRUST,RESPECT,HELPFUL-RESOURCEFUL and STABILITY are wanted,needed and have to be looked into seriously those are major issues that should be looked into and changed PLEASE 🙏🏼

I was receiving services from Webster Home before I ended up in rehab for an extended period of time.. When I was ready to leave rehab the social worker at the rehab checked in and services were set for me. I came home on Oct 8 to MC, my case manager from WHC telling me that there is a delay getting a new HHA for me,but I will have my old HHA for the weekend and the new one should be ready Mon. or Tues. no one started Mon, Tues or any other day during the week. We are now at the weekend of October 17 and 18. I was told the old HHA would be out but she was a NO SHOW. Finally after complaining enough MC came out and went shopping for me as my cabinets were empty. Monday, Webster Home Care dropped me. They have left me in a bad and seriously dangerous situation. I have no clean clothes, ok, one pair of pants I held back to go to the doctors. They don't seem to care. I am holding back here, this could be much stronger, but I think you get the idea. Do not trust your family to their care. Oh, and so you know, at least one HHA asked me to sign off on a day she was a no show I refused...after that refusal things got worse.
