My wife and I had an incredible stay at Chateau Mereimack. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The manager was training the front desk team during check-in, and it was clear she has a real passion for hospitality, she made the process smooth and pleasant. Our room was spotless, the bathroom was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best we’ve slept in! The housekeeping team, especially Maureen, was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also loved dining at Pino Restaurant, it’s a beautifully set-up, cozy spot with delicious food. Every meal we had was absolutely yummy! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this boutique spa hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay. We can’t wait to come back! And yeah - no smoking in the rooms - this place needs it!!

This place was SO GOOD to me. Not only were the rooms amazing, but I had no issues with anything. No complaints. They have Netflix, paramount, ect in the bedrooms, it’s very comfortable. On top of it, when I got stranded there for a whole 24 hours, they were so nice to me, and gave me pizza & water. They didn’t make me leave when they could have which was so nice. I don’t cause any problems or disturbances so that could have helped in my favor but I’m still super grateful. I felt so welcomed here and I thank you guys so much for everything you guys did for me. 🥲🙏

The only reason they even deserve A star is because of the spacious rooms but DEFINITELY not worth $500. I was trying to get in contact with the hotel for about 2 weeks to make sure my reservation was good and if I needed anything else seeing how I already prepaid. But couldn’t get a hold of anybody straight busy tone for 2 weeks straight. Upon arrival there was nobody to check in with. It’s scary to think just anybody can walk into that hotel during your stay. The room I booked was NOT the room I got but i overlooked that as well. But I think the BEST part of my stay was the Chef/Manager knocking on my door and asking me if I was smoking in the room because the hotel corridor smelled like weed since 7 that morning! I opened the door wide so he can take a wiff to make sure he knew it wasn’t us. When it was time to check out they had the audacity to tell me my bill was run up to $750 because they tacked on a smoking charge NO WARNING NOTHING TO IMPLICATE that they would be doing something so despicable. The older woman that works there is super rude and when I was checking out the way she was speaking to the housekeeper was absolutely disgusting. You can tell how racist she was just by the tone of her voice. My husband and I travel a lot and I never had an experience like this. This is not even a place I would recommend to anyone. Should’ve definitely taken that 3 star rating into consideration.

We got the top executive king size suite and the room was large and visually great. Had a nice fireplace, clean bathroom and good size jetted tub. However, there were stains on the yellow couch and on the comforter. The windows opened but didn't have screens. Upon arrival the front desk girl was pleasant and the cleaning crew was busy whenever I saw them. There was an older woman who was so rude to the cleaning crew. Barking orders and complaining about other staff so loudly. Extremely unprofessional! We walked downstairs for breakfast and she was at the front desk with a different female this time and neither even acknowledged us. The breakfast was free but barely any options for food. Spending $350 a night there should be some protein being offered. It was only plain/sesame bagels, toast (only grape jelly), bread for toast one type of muffin and one type of pastry. No area to cut the Bagels near the toaster. That room was huge and comfortable. But the entire time I heard the staff complaining about other staff from the other room. The hotel smelled like weed as soon as we left the room. Also, the tiny shower gel provided was half gone. The spa I tried to book prior but they told me the person doing the massages would not be there on Saturday. We were only there that day. The restaurant was great. Although we got the food before we got our drinks, it had big portions and was really good tasting. The waitstaff was attentive and professional. We put the bill on our room charge but got a call after 10pm in our room asking how much the tip (total) was because they couldn't read it. My boyfriend writes extremely neat and why did they wait over 2hrs to call us. We may give it another try. I just want to be honest about our experience.

To get things started we had massage reservations which they lost. Because of that we tried to get in our room early and the indifferent bordering on unfriendly guy behind the desk--they're all like that--told us it was $50 an hour to check in early. The facility is clean but long in the tooth--not kept up. There are water stains on the ceiling and frayed carpet in the halls. Continental breakfast was the bare minimum. Maybe this was a propper spa experience in days gone by but now it has the feel of owners doing the bare minimum while still charging luxury prices. We will not be back.

I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t have an excellent rating—it truly deserves one! I absolutely loved the food; it was delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms are stunning and impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel.

The breakfast was perfect, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. This place is ideal for celebrating special occasions, like our wedding anniversary. We had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Château Merrimack, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to Andrea, the manager, who was outstandingly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The comfort of the accommodations was second to none, with the beds being exceptionally cozy and the housekeeping team always on top of things, making sure everything was perfect. The highlight of the culinary experience was the gnocchi – absolutely amazing! The flavors were exquisite, and it was easily one of the best meals we had during our stay. The pool area was a great spot to relax and unwind, and the spa, a true gem, provided an unforgettable experience. Lisa, at the spa, was a standout with her excellent service and skill – I felt rejuvenated after my treatment. While breakfast was a bit on the lighter side, it was still enjoyable and didn’t take away from the overall experience. From the thoughtful and friendly staff to the impeccable amenities, Château Merrimack exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway. TRUE GEM HIDDEN

Terrible experience, I do not recommend it. My boyfriend made a reservation for two days! When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one to help you with your bags. Only one person at the front desk who didn't even look at you and ask if you needed anything. My boyfriend spent the whole week trying to book a massage on the website or by phone and was unable to. When we arrived at the hotel, he asked to make the reservation and we discovered that there were no more available times! We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm and room service was no longer available to deliver food to the room! The third disappointment was the breakfast, which was terrible. The breakfast at your place must be much better for sure! The pool and the spa are separate and you have to go out in the cold to get there, and they don't have a place where you can shower or change there! The hotel bed sinks and almost swallows you! The only good thing that I recommend is the Pino restaurant! Impeccable service! Wonderful drinks and food! I will definitely go back to the restaurant, but I will never go back to this resort, which is not a resort at all!
