I traveled Northern India with Kapil and his team in November 2024 and I would not hesitate to book with them again. We were treated like family ( in a good way), were well fed, entertained and completely taken care of our entire time in India. Kapil personally went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations to make our group trip an amazing experience. He even fit in a personal request or two. He is very experienced & well connected and has a big heart and I appreciated feeling safe and being able to sit back enjoy the variety of experiences.

Where to even begin.. what a special trip, with so much care and attention to detail. It is clear that Kapil really wants to provide a smooth and fantastic experience, and does just that & more! He was in touch every step of the way, and has a wonderful, friendly team, too. The drivers are always there and ahead of time, as well as friendly, as are the tour guides. They are all so knowledgeable, take you to the best places, and make sure you’re looked after and having a good time! No matter what you need or want to see, this team will get you there, no matter how long (or in our case, short!), your trip! They also arranged our overnight sleeper train & internal flight. We wouldn’t have been able to pack in as much as we did without them (they somehow even managed to get more unexpected magical moments in than we realised were planned). I would not hesitate in recommending them. So grateful to them all!

Kapil was our tour guide for our first trip to India and it was SEAMLESS! I cannot imagine traveling to India without Kapil. The hotels were perfect. He made sure that all of our dietary needs were met. Anything we needed from the store, he delivered. Honestly, our trip to India was the best trip I’ve ever taken. This was the trip of a lifetime! Kapil amazingly organized our group travel from Delhi to Haridwar to Rishikesh to Agra to Old Delhi and finally Varanassi. He guided us every step of the way with sage advice while traveling to keep us safe and gave us yummy suggestions at restaurants introducing us to Indian cuisine. The hotels we stayed at were clean and top notch, some with great views of the Ganges River. All hotels had ideal locations. The buses we travelled in were clean and very roomy. The drivers were kind and courteous. A domestic flight we had to take was handled seamlessly for the group. The tours we went on were very well organized and perfectly executed by Kapil with his vast personal knowledge of the sites. One highlight of the trip was seeing the Taj Mahal during the day then going back at night to see it under the full moon. We had front row seats to many Ganges River Ceremonies and participated in them as well. It was very uplifting. A sunrise boat ride on the Ganges River while listening to sitar and drum players was so special. Kapil also knows all the great spots to shop from handwoven silk items, jewelry, rugs, marble inlaid items and traditional Indian clothes such as saris and kurtas. Kapil loved treating us on the bus with local sweets he purchased for us to taste. We were very well taken care of on our journey. If we needed something or wanted to experience something we just had to ask and Kapil would make it happen. Kapil tours does not disappoint!

Meticulously planned and coordinated trip, curated perfectly for our tastes. When a last minute change happened to swap out a traveler, Kapil easily managed it all. We saw the best of Rajasthan, Varanasi, Agra, Delhi, some hidden gems and beautiful spots not in the guide books, tiger and leopard safaris, shopping on the Silk Road, some truly fun guides, and beautiful hotels. The best part was our private driver, Anil, who really went above and beyond to help us throughout our trip, and provided a warm, welcoming and safe environment for us. Highly recommend this tour company and staff for planning and coordinating exactly the trip you want in India, whatever it might be!

This was by far a Trip of a Lifetime although I do hope to experience it again. What I loved about Kapil and his team is that we felt taken care of every step of the way regardless of the situation. We were spoiled with luxury hotels, food and transportation. What ever we needed he found for us.
What I loved most is that Kapil took us around as if we were locals so we got to experience things with the locals vs as tourists. We entered into temples and ceremonies that I know we would have missed. Thank you Kapil and your team for an experience that will live in my heart forever.
