The damper in our chimney had fallen out of place. Although it is a 'small' repair, I wasn't able to fix it myself. I called Chimney Masters Spring and the next day a tech was at my house to put the damper back in place. It only took a few minutes but I really appreciated the help and the quick response. We are happy to be able to use our fireplace again - especially on these very cold -21C days. Thank you!!

Very pleased with the recent wood burning chimney cleaning service we received. They were fast, professional, fit into our schedule, came on Saturday. Checked fireplaces at same time at no extra charge. That is customer service.
