This is a great option to see the Cape in a cost effective way. It’s a step up from tent camping and the kids loved the experience. The location is very convenient and close to the beach. Provincetown is only a few minutes down the highway and definitely the go to destination.

Very nice Campground.
We stayed there 2 nights with our tent. The lots are nice, the toilet and showers clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. There is a nice path a mile long to walk to the beach. They allowed us to stay until the end of the day in their parking lot on our last day without extra charge so we could go to the beach.

This was the perfect location to get to Race Point! The campground was very quiet. It was clean and I felt safe. It was an easy check in as you did everything online. We had site H002. It was a long site citing both the camper and truck no problem. This is the 2nd time we stayed here. We will definitely stay again.

Campground is just the right size to let your kids bike around and not worry. Cabins are great and have a lot of beds for everyone . Pool and splash pad big enough you don’t feel cramped . The store is very convenient . Been going for the past 4 years and each year we add another family to our vacation! The more the merrier!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Staff was very informative and very kind. Especially our new friend Lou aka (The Fox Ranger) his new nickname. He was very personable, and made my birthday a special experience while there on vacation. Highly recommend. See ya next season!

Great staff. We booked a water electric site. They sent us a check in email 2 days out with a welcome packet. When we arrived on a Friday we were running late but they were there till 7pm. Very friendly and I asked if they had a sewer site available or if there were any cancellations. The gentleman was extremely courteous and said they did have one. He adjusted my reservation quickly and we were on our way to our site in 5 min. We had a great stay (Friday to Sunday). The great thing is the Cape Cod RTA has a bus stop right at the entrance to the park. It takes you right into downtown Provincetown and runs till 12:30 am! We went to the Blessing of the Fleet festivities and then out on the town. Everyone was friendly. We got back to the bus stop at 12:15 and the bus pulled right up. Met some interesting characters (very friendly people) on the bus and had a lot of laughs going back to the RV park! Great weekend !!!

We had planned this trip for over a year. This was our last stop on a 3 week trip through the New England states. The campground was nice and had a bus to take you to Provincetown. Very convienient.||The first and second night when we were dropped off by an Uber, the nighttime security guard followed each Uber to our campsite and screamed at us (all adults over 50) that he didn’t like our kind and was going to kick us out. He said he got 8 complaints about us, but when we asked our neighbors, none of them said they even heard us at any time. The third night, we got a taxi, and he followed it too. We told the driver to drop us off at another site to trick him. It worked. He drove continuing to follow the taxi. We left a day early because of this man. We’ve been camping for over 30 years. I’ve never experienced anything like it.||We told Jason the manager each morning and he was very kind. Jason gave us a full refund for our stay. ||One person can truly ruin everything. It’s unfortunate.

James and his team always make sure your stay is pleasant. He makes a point to greet us during our stay. Camper and restrooms always clean. Great location, close to beaches and shopping. Bus loop makes it easy to get around.
