Suggested by a local, we had the best lobster rolls, (one original and one Californian), so full of lobster, you couldn’t fit another piece. Friendly staff and a nice stop on the way to P-town.

Adorable little market and the perfect stop before heading to the beach! They have everything you might need - sunscreen, yummy drinks, ice, razors, and a great menu of hot and cold sandwiches, lobster rolls, and breakfast items.

We got the #2 sandwich - chicken with mozzarella, tomato, onion, arugula, and aioli. It was the perfect lunch to throw in the cooler and head to the beach with. We also got the breakfast sandwiches, which were great too. I felt like the prices were reasonable for Cape Cod as well.

I was looking forward to visiting this place when I first booked my trip to the cape. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Awesome bfast selection, the lobster egg bennie roll is a must try. The coffee was great and they have a cool orange juicer machine that's pretty cool to use. Everyone was very friendly, and it was just a great spot. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing lobster rolls. I'd like to say they're the best on the cape, but we went here the first day we arrived and never went anywhere else because they were so on point! We went back 3 days in a row for lobster rolls and got the classic every time. Not too much mayo, fresh tasty lobster and lots of it, fresh veggies, and a perfectly toasted and buttered bun. We also tried the clam chowder and it was honestly not that good... Still giving them 5 stars for the lobster rolls alone. If you've ever had a sub-par lobster roll and felt that sadness, then you'll understand the value of a good one!

So delicious and in a cute little location of cottages along the water. The lobster was extremely fresh and the bun was toasted to perfection. Nice little surprise added with tomato and scallions in addition to the traditional lettuce.

How can you not give the 5 ⭐️. Super friendly staff , great selection of you’re headed to the beach or staying locally. I stopped for an egg sandwich. Fresh eggs , crisp bacon 🥓 and a warm bun. It was delicious. Big Ed approved for sure !

Cool little spot with personal touch! The owner and staff are quite friendly, food is just delicious: recommend Lobster Avocado and owner’s personal recipe Mac&Cheese. Enjoyed eating outside on the lounge chairs and viewing ocean. Latte was amazing too 👍 You can find some unique items for sale there. Even with less food choices I liked it better than the Lobster Pot.
