The common spaces were very comfortable and welcoming. The included breakfasts were delicious. We had our breakfasts in the common area and it was a great opportunity to interact with the other guests and the two hosts. Both hosts were attentive and very responsive. Greg was so engaging, funny and he readily shared recommendations for both Provincetown and Boston, where we were headed next. He really made our stay enjoyable and we felt we had a new friend! Although the room was described to us in advance, not until all three of us, and our luggage, were in there did we realize how small the room really was. There was nowhere to sit other than on our beds. It was not comfortable to spend any time in the room other than sleeping. Overall, we highly recommend The White Porch Inn!|

My wife & I have been going to the White Porch Inn for 3 years now. It's our anniversary weekend place to go for 3 nights. We absolutely love it there. We enjoy the breakfast in the morning. The rooms are comfortable. And we always meet some great people and have a lot of laughs at the nightly wine social. The location is perfect. It's just around the corner from Commercial St. So, it's right in the heart of it all, but still quiet. We keep finding new restaurants to try & go back to some old favorites. Tom, the owner, Gib the new Inn Keeper & Hanna his assistant are all great. They are very friendly & will do whatever they can to make your visit incredible. This time we went on a walking tour with ptowntours.com. That was very informative & fun. We have already reserved our room for next year. If you go, make sure you check out the surprise on the 2nd floor of the library. And the views from the library are beautiful. The library is just a few minutes walk from the inn. If you can't find parking on the street, there is a public lot at the bottom of the street. It's just a few minutes walk.

My husband & I were planning a trip to PTown for Pride 2024. I searched for the best place to stay. Came across The White Porch Inn. The decor was spot on. Wanted a place to meet new people for different places & their porch atmosphere was perfect for it. Every evening at 5pm it was wine on the porch. This was absolutely perfect!! We loved the B&B aspect of the place. The breakfast was from the in town Portuguese Bakery which was delicious. The rooms were beautiful & just like the website stated. We staying the Hatches Harbor Penthouse AKA the โ€œCherโ€ room when she stayed there. It is one of the few places in PTown that has a rooftop deck with beautiful views of the town. Very spacious room with a private restroom. The owner Tom was there & it was wonderful to meet him. He was a great host! Greg the manager of the B&B was super nice, friendly & very easy to assist in anything we needed. I want to thank them both for a wonderful Pride/Anniversary Vacation to Provincetown, MS. This was our 4th visit to the town but our 1st to actually stay & I canโ€™t wait to return. We would definitely stay there again.

Our first stay at the White Porch Inn in August 2024 was a wonderful experience - we will definitely be back! The location is very convenient for exploring the main Commercial Street area and close to numerous dining and shopping options. Ptown parking is challenging - we regretted not booking through the inn in advance - but the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful and made it so easy. We loved the room (SUPER comfortable pillows), the breakfast options which are ordered the night before, and the daily 5pm porch happy hours - Greg in particular was so friendly, hospitable, and lovely to chat with.

This hotel deserves every 5 star rating itโ€™s received! Greg is the most gracious and helpful host, which combined with its charm and location makes it a great place to stay. During our stay, my wife dropped her precious diamond earring down the bathroom sink drain, and Greg had a plumber there to retrieve it within two hours. One afternoon, I was reading in their front room, and Greg asked me if Iโ€™d like a glass of wine. Freshly baked cookies awaited us when we came back after dinner.

The rooms are small, but very well set-up. The in-room gas fireplace was a treat after a cold March day. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection - we chose granola and yogurt, and freshly baked scones. Breakfast will be delivered to your room on a bed tray, or you can pick it up and eat in the dining room (which we did).

Weโ€™ll definitely go back again!

My partner and I always have a wonderful time here. The owner and innkeeper are very welcoming. The rooms are well maintained and clean. We always enjoy socializing with other friendly guests at the wine hour. We hope to return next year!

Staying here was one of the best decisions we made on a 16 day trip through New England. Our host, Greg, was warm and welcoming and offered wonderful suggestions for food and drink in the area. The Inn is close to everything we wanted to see--we walked everywhere. Guests fill out a breakfast order each day for the following morning--you can build your own breakfast sandwich (choice of bread, meat or substitute, and cheese. I highly recommend the brioche!) Everything we tried was delicious. We stayed in the Herring Cove room. It's small, but had everything we needed and more. Our room and the common areas were immaculately maintained and homey. Plus, we had our own separate entrance and private outdoor area. P'town stole our hearts, and The White Porch Inn perfectly represented the area's friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We hope to return someday soon. If you're driving, be sure to reserve parking well in advance.
