This place is amazing, so clean, staff is great and location is so convenient! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. You will not be disappointed! We WILL be back!!! I had to change a reservation and they were so helpful. ALso very quite to respond to our emails. Thank you Cape Colony!

We have visited Provincetown at least 20 times and have never stayed on the East End. We decided to give it a try due to a very reasonable rate and good reviews. We rented a car in Boston this time so it was a big plus that Cape Colony had plentiful parking. ||The property appears the style of an old motel, though the property has obviously been renovated inside and out. We found our room spacious, well laid out and comfortable. The room had 2 super comfortable beds, a large flat screen tv, a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, charging ports and a safe. The bathroom is split with the toilet and shower/tub separated from the vanity. There is a large dressing area with ample closet space. Housekeeping is only every 3 days. I wasn’t expecting more considering the price point and they were always willing to provide extra towels or amenities if needed.||Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast was nothing fancy but more than adequate to get the day started.||The only negative and the reason for not giving 5 stars is that the location is just over a mile from town center. Parking in Ptown is not easy so even if you have a car, walking into town is better. We are retired but in pretty good shape and did that but later in the day after much walking or bike riding, we were tired and sometimes wished we didn’t have a 25 minute walk ahead of us. (Taxis and ride shares are not plentiful in Ptown, especially in the off season). ||We overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend Cape Colony if it meets your needs.

I had a great visit to Provincetown. The hotel is a great place to stay. Very quiet away from Down Town.||The walk in town is reasonable. The rooms are good size and they do have Keurig Coffee. Not to mention a nice free breakfast in the main office with a good variety.||This is my third year staying with them for 3 nights. I couldn't think of staying anywhere else.

We have stayed at the Cape Colony Inn 9 years in a row as a kick-off to our family vacations on the Cape. We do this for many reasons: get over the bridge before the weekend rush, terrific location, but most of all, due the the Cape Colony Inn itself. The staff are wonderful, rooms and suites very nice, and it's a nice walk to an evening in P'town. What a great start to our vacations!

I have stayed at the Cape Colony Inn 5 times. Every single time my experience was the same. Very friendly staff on the phone and in person. This includes housekeeping. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately maintained. It is quiet and tucked out of the way but still plenty close to the center of town especially with a bicycle. Compared to the other crazily priced hotels in town Cape Colony gives great value for a modest amount of money. I have recommended CC to 3 friends who have stayed and would echo this review.

This Inn was sensational and the staff were very professional & friendly. The room was very clean, plus you were able to go outside and relax on the lawn, sit by an huge fire pit or play shuffle board. The Inn is close to downtown. |It made our trip to Providencetown complete. Will not hesitate to stay there again!!!

This place is perfect. The rooms are large and very nice. They have everything you need in the room. Very quiet and clean. The staff is super friendly. I would definitely return and would certainly recommend it

I have stayed at The Cape Colony Inn several times in the past and I have to say that it just keeps getting better and better! From the warm greeting we received when we arrived to the friendly and very helpful management! We stayed in a beautifully decorated family suite. The attention to detail was above and beyond. The rooms were spotless as well as the immaculate bathroom! Plenty of fresh clean towels for all! We all just can’t wait to return for future visits!
