Me and my husband stayed over this labor day weekend and had a great time.

First off they called to tell us our room was ready around 12 but they told us it was a bottom floor when he asked for a top floor months in advance so the person on the phone was nice enough to fix that problem for us.

We had a two bed queen room with a balcony facing the court yard. Overall the room was really large for the price we paid, the beds were comfortable and they supplied many pillows. They do have old school beach chairs for you to use for free in your room which was nice.

The court yard upstairs room is your best bet here, this way you don't have people wandering outside your room downstairs and you have a great view of the live music the restaurant has next door! We got to see some entertainment the first night and they were great! Music ended by 8pm and then the beach bar was open until about 9:30 and they played music until about 9pm.

There is only a mini fridge in your room BUT if you go down to the cafe they have they will microwave anything for you for free! The cafe had a decent menu with decently cheap prices.

We did not use the pool but it does seem smaller in person but we did go and use the beach both days. Really nice clean beach, decent amount of room for people at high and low tide. I had never seen so many horse shoe crabs though in my life, some dead and some alive.

Parking wise if your in the building we were in which was rom 59, you don't park in front of your room, you can park in a spot and unload your car but you park around the corner in a designated spot with your room number on the ground. The spots by your building are for the restaurant guests.

Overall we had a great experience and will be back next year!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Three Seasons Resort the second week of September, 2024! The staff, especially the front desk personnel, were very friendly and helpful. We were delighted when we were assigned, per our request, an ocean front room on the upper floor. The room was sparkling clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The refrigerator was a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, looking out over the ocean. Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 nights in September. The rooms are big, with two beds, it doesnt feel super luxurious but it is comfortable enough. There is a huge fridge and the bathroom is fine if not luxurious.||We had a room right above the beach which was beautiful and I loved to hear the waves breaking while laying in bed. There is a cafe on site that sells fairly basic breakfast, like bagels and coffee. We walked up to the Wee Packet for a much better breakfast every morning.||The parking seemed a bit fraught, we were told there was a space specific for our room but there was often another car in it, although we didnt have any issues, it might be annoying in the summer.||Sadly while we were there, it was rainy but I am sure on a warm sunny day the beach would be fantastic.

End of September visit. Beautiful view of ocean, courtyard is very nice. Rooms need alot attention, no coffee maker in room and only one thermos of coffee (which was old & cold) at front desk. Lobby should have fresh coffee & tea station at all times- not just one thermos of cold and old coffee, this was very disappointing since I had to drive a few miles just to get a coffee. Water pressure in shower was horrible and VERY slow sink drain. Door to room looks like there was a fire and door was melted and painted peeling and did not close properly. My suggestion would be that they invest some money and do a few small upgrades to rooms.

The location is great and view from balcony was nice. We were there for a wedding. It’s definitely adequate but I was surprised by the dated room. When you walk into the room the bathroom sink is at the entrance. Beds were comfy and room was quiet mainly because I turned on the AC and fan. AC worked great. Staff was friendly but had a do not disturb sign on the door and I came into the room from the balcony to find two housekeepers making our beds. I asked them to leave which they did. I don’t think I would stay again for what we got for the price.

Very generous and courteous staff. I had booked a stay for 3 nights but had to cancel on short notice. Mike was kind enough to refund the cancellation fee.

I did have a chance to go and visit the property and dined in the Ocean House restaurant adjacent to it. Really beautiful place and ambience with great service. I would highly recommend.

Cleaning staff did a great job daily with our room. Their beach is a great place to relax and read. The musical entertainment was very good. We have been coming here for several years.

The three Seasons has been the go to for our family for many years. Staff and food are great, but the extension of the ocean house seating leaves much to be desired. It takes up all the green space in front of the lower floors! Not so great for families anymore.
