Been here a couple times now and absolutely love it! It's a nice little escape for me and my husband over the bridge but not too far away. It's right on the water and they have their own restaurant also right on the property. If you plan to go to the restaurant for dinner though, don't go on a Sunday night because they close at 3:30p. Wish we had known this the last time we went but ended up going to the Yarmouth house instead which was only a 15 minute drive from there. Not sure if the dinner hours are different in summer but we went in February for my birthday. Still a great, beautiful place.

Hosted a Bridal Shower at the Pelham House (Nantucket Room) and we would highly recommend. The set up was tailored to accommodate our gathering of 25 guests, the buffet lunch was delicious and included GF/DF options, the staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. The event planner communicated well and offered great suggestions for a successful event. Thanks to all involved at the Pelham House Resort!

The Pelham House Resort is by far one of the best venue options for a Cape Cod wedding. Not only does it have gorgeous waterfront views of the Nantucket Sound, but it also has a private sandy beach perfect for wedding portraits. Every time I photograph a wedding there the staff is always super friendly and Tara, the event coordinator, always goes above and beyond for each couple celebrating their day. As a photographer I love that the getting ready spaces have white walls and so much natural light to create beautiful images. It's also a perfect choice for a venue if you want all your guests to stay onsite and really curate a memorable wedding weekend with all your family & friends around. The rooms were lovely and newly renovated. It might be best to stay in an upper room since we could hear the guests above us walking around. The views are absolutely beautiful especially the sunset. The amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a review of the thanksgiving buffet last week. For a holiday buffet they did a reasonable job. The room was nice but loud. The food was plentiful but just okay. Desserts were in desperate need of attention. For the price charged, in this situation the house wins as my wife and I didn’t eat any where near the amount we paid.
We’re a party of two, at a buffet, nothing from the bar, two (cold) coffees with dessert. At the end of the meal we are told we will be paying a 20% automatic gratuity. For what? After checking the website to see if we missed something I called Food and Beverage the following week and was informed it’s a charge to pay for the volunteers that work on the holidays. Outrageous, never again.

Beautiful property. I do wish the website indicated that the restaurant is closed off-season. My impression was i would be able to eat on property. Still, very comfortable stay.

The Pelham House Resort is a wonderful establishment! The staff go above and beyond. I brought 78 plus adults with disabilities to celebrate the holidays at the Pelham House. . The team were extremely accommodating and so caring. This made everyone’s holiday so special. The food, the view and decorations were spectacular.
We are hoping with can raise the funds to go next year. Everyone is still raving about their experience. Thank you Kelsey, Katie and your team. Ann Community Connections.

Amazing dinner at the Pelham last night. Started with the brussel sprout appetizer and followed it with a beet salad and short rib Mac and cheese. Cocktails were delicious, as well as the dessert. Our waiter brought us complimentary champagne toasty for our special occasion. This is my most favorite restaurant!
