I absolutely loved my stay here over Halloween! The staff were attentive and the rooms, kitchen areas, and several bathrooms were well stocked. Its in a quiet part of town a pleasant stroll from the main drag with ample parking, private beach deck, and beautiful garden spaces. I will certainly be staying here again!

We absolutely loved staying at the Cape Codder! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Inn is clean with very comfortable beds. We were very impressed with the coffee stations, refrigerators, ice maker and supplies given. Also the free parking and private beach. We absolutely stay there next time we are in town!

The Cape Codder Guest House is a perfect place to stay in the quiet east end of Provincetown. My first impression was strongly positive when I was greeted with warmly by the staff and the house's guests. Everyone that works and stays here was friendly, warm, social and very nice. ||A major advantage of the guest house is its private beach across the street. This idyllic beach and patio is perfect for chilling, swimming and having something to eat. The house itself is clean and comfortable where I did not have any problems getting a good night sleep. Local eateries, shops and beaches are a short distance away and easily accessible via walking or biking.||I loved my stay at the Cape Codder Guest House and didn't want to leave. I look forward to returning when I can.

I stayed here with friends for a long weekend this July, and loved it! This guest house is on Commercial Street, but much further down, so it’s very quiet and peaceful (it’s about a 15 minute walk to the main shops). We especially loved the beautiful garden, the free coffee/tea upstairs, and getting to spend mornings on the private beach, listening to birds and walking on the shore. The beach is also swimmable, and very pleasant, and there’s a wonderful deck for reading with very comfortable chairs There’s also a very nice shared space in the area we stayed where you can store leftovers in the fridge and grab water or ice.||The rates are very good, especially for the area and location (though there is a 3 night minimum stay), and the rooms are cozy and spacious. Good amount of towels, linens, and other toiletries, everything is also clean and homey. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I loved all of the unique artwork and objects in the rooms as well. ||Mike, the manager here, is a great host, and super responsive around bookings, check-ins, and general questions. We felt very welcomed and at home here, and are planning to come back! ||The only caveat is there is no central AC, so it can feel stuffy at times, but the rooms have window units and it’s pretty easy to cool off once you turn that on. I also would maybe add a level of security to accessing the back entrance—anyone can open the door there, and it may be good to have access to an additional key—but everything else was perfect.

We loved the Cape Codder! The house, gardens, and beach were so beautiful and cozy! Super clean, soft sheets, complimentary refreshments… all the little touches and excellent hospitality from Mike makes us want to come back soon. It truly is a home away from home.

Absolutely one of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying.||The accommodations were perfect, lots of old Cape Cod charm. The deck and beach area had plenty of beautiful classic wooden lounge chairs and umbrellas with a spectacular view of Cape Cod Bay. ||We had not stayed in the east end of town for many years however we may never leave this end of town again. The house is close enough to the fun and excitement of all the clubs and restaurants in town but also far enough down Commercial Street to enjoy a restful retreat from it all. ||Parking is included, we had a spot right outside the front door.||To top it off the manager and staff took care of our evey need like we were family.||We will definitely be back next year.
