Have been going to Braemar since I was 3…almost 35 years. So quiet, so private! Clean and comfortable…beautiful kitchen and we love the deck. My kids love the pool after the beach. One of the only places I’d trust to stay in Truro…good luck trying to find anything as clean, comfortable and quiet. Don’t understand the negative reviews…these are condos not Holiday Inn. If you are looking for a gross, standard Holiday Inn you aren’t going to find it at Braemar. If you like privacy, quiet, ocean views from afar, with a pool for after the beach and centrally located to great food and beaches…BRAEMAR for the win!
Rosie is the BEST manager I’ve encountered, and Diane’s hospitality is great. Miss it already ….

My family and I have been staying at the Braemar for over 20 years: for reference, I am 35. Every year we rent multiple units together; at least 5-8 units, for a family reunion. Every unit is clean, the location is amazing, and we love the staff. Rosie the manager is so sweet, accommodating, and friendly. Denise is also amazing and makes sure everything is in order. Also, Diane who is an unit owner is such a welcoming presence. We were sad to not see Janice and Julie this year as our family has also formed a friendship with them throughout the years! Overall, this is a staple in the Truro/North Truro/Ptown community. My family and I look forward to booking next year and keeping our family tradition running.

I have just checked in. Rosie was very nice and helpful. The unit is small for 3 adults and no furniture to put your clothes in only a set of cubbies. I also have not been able to get the TV to work. 🤔🙁

Overall not a bad stay, just a couple things to note. We reserved a room here using AirBnB for one night. Check in process was great! Nice and easy. However despite paying a cleaning fee we we're expected to clean up after ourselves (take out the trash, strip the beds, etc) which was annoying. We were also asked to wash any dishes we used--- that's fine, I don't have a problem with that. What was frustrating was that there was no sponge to actually wash the dishes so we awkwardly washed them by hand. Hopefully these get rewashed. There also wasn't any complimentary soap or anything in the bathroom. We went to use the extra pillows however they had blood on them which was nasty and we chose not to use that set. Overall, it is in a great spot, and the room was nice with a nice back yard but there needs to be more attention to detail and definitely needs a thorough cleaning.

My sister and I came for the weekend. We stayed in unit 20. It's a really cute room, quite comfortable, a little worn, but it had everything we needed. We were happy with it, and enjoyed our time there. We could see the water in the distance, as well, which was nice. We enjoyed the pool. The manager at Braemar is also really friendly and informative in regards to places to go in Provincetown and how to get there. The only slight negatives were that the beds were very firm, but we were still able to get good sleep. The walls were also somewhat thin, so you can hear muffled talking in the adjacent rooms, and you can hear people walking around too. We found it a little odd that we were required to take the trash out, as we were leaving, but we weren't fussed by it. All in all, a nice little place to stay, and the off-season rate was affordable for a weekend away.

Very comfortable living arrangements. So quiet and private. Back deck area is very peaceful. The pool was perfect and very clean. Maurice was very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend. My 12 year old and I loved it

Beautiful, well located and properly managed, made our stay a breeze. the grounds are super well kept with bbqs and picnic tables for guests. rooms are comfortable and well equipped for long stays. Staff is amazingly welcoming and helpful, truly excellent find, will return.

I recently stayed here through airbnb, the room itself was fine and comfortable and the guy at the front desk was super nice! The location was awesome, close to the beach and super close to Provincetown. That said the room smelled a bit of smelly feet and the mattress pad on the pull out couch had some pretty gross looking stains.
