Iryna did the stage decoration for my pre-wedding celebration (Gaye Holud) at an off-site venue. The stage was absolutely beautiful and she worked with us to incorporate a few of our own cultural decor into the decoration. She was also willing to do simple table centerpieces, but we were doing our own. We were able to meet her at her venue to talk about design and figure out all the details. She has a lot of photos of example decorations that we used to pick a design. Her price was very reasonable.

I would just emphasize on being patient and reasonable with her because it is a small family run business and she has other family commitments as well. It was a laid back and more informal process, which some may or may not like.

One piece of feedback for Iryna: it would help if earlier on in the communication, details such as total cost, how/when to pay, and when stage breakdown would happen, were discussed. I appreciated the informal process, but felt like some of that could be improved.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Red Balloon Events.

Irina is really awesome to work with. She did my daughter's first birthday party decorations and everyone still talks about it. It was so beautiful. She took less than 2 hours to do the set up & break down. We chatted over text a lot and she didn't miss a tiny detail. We might have spoken over the phone only a couple of times. Everything turned out so perfect! The entire process was hassle free. Very nice lady, very professional and you will be surprised at the rates. It is so freaking cheap for the quality of work she does. I did work with couple of other decorators before and I must admit that the amount Irina charged for so much work is nothing compared to the estimates I got from others for the same event. I wish I could give her a million stars because she absolutely deserves it!
