Premier Bar Service and Catering were wonderful to work with before and on our wedding day! We worked with Melissa, and all through the months leading up to the wedding, she was communicative, answered our many questions, and kept us notified of what decisions needed to be made. On the day of, it was clear that her and all of the staff were experienced and knew how to run a wedding reception perfectly. They worked well with the other vendors, including PEAK Event Services for the rentals, and our external ice cream caterer. We got lots of complements from our guests about how delicious and hot all of the food was. They certainly made our wedding incredible.

Premier Bar Service helped make our wedding at Olio in Peabody absolutely unforgettable! Not only did they handle the bar with all of our favorite drinks, but they also served food from our favorite local restaurants, which added such a personal and unique touch.

Melissa was amazing to work with—her communication was top-notch, and she guided us through everything, from planning how much food to order to offering great recommendations for our wedding size. They also helped us navigate some last-minute changes with ease, ensuring our event was absolutely perfect.

On the day of, their team went above and beyond, assisting with both set-up and break-down, which made the entire process so much easier for us. The bar and food service ran seamlessly, and everything was kept clean and organized throughout the night. Guests are still raving about the food, drinks, and overall experience months later!

My now-husband and I got married without using a wedding planner and we served as our own day-of coordinators, and that was only possible because of how helpful, responsive, and incredibly kind Melissa and her team were! I asked a million questions, and Melissa not only answered them all, she also gave additional recommendations to help things run smoothly.

Premier helped us alter our menu to accommodate some very particular food allergies, handled setting up and breaking down the majority of the venue (which looked STUNNING), and checked in all night to make sure we had everything we needed.

Throughout our entire wedding day, I took four pictures- one of them was of the venue after Premier was done setting up, and one of was of my food. I can't think of much higher praise to give 🙂

We hired Premier for setup, catering, food, bar, and breakdown for our July 2, 2022 wedding at Olio in Peabody. Melissa at Premier was wonderful throughout the planning process and helped calm my nerves and find solutions when I was feeling stressed. The service staff was very friendly and on point from set up to service to clean up. Premier was able to set up the space exactly how I envisioned. While the wedding planning process was stressful and a lot of work, Melissa consistently made me feel at ease and had a solution for every question or obstacle. I was on the fence about having a buffet, but the food service moved quickly and efficiently so no guests were waiting for too long. When we ran out of popular high noons at the bar, Premier staff went to the liquor store twice to restock. I was concerned about going over budget for the open bar but her quote was accurate and we actually received $300 back after the event. I would definitely hire Premier again!

Premier, with Melissa as our event manager, were super-communicative through the whole process and really quick to answer our many emails and questions. Because of Melissa's handling of the entire event, we didn't feel the need to have a coordinator for our wedding. Melissa gladly met with us on different occasions either in-person or virtually to go over every detail that went into our wedding's layout and decor, as well as the schedule. The food was amazing and well-paced with the speeches, dances, and other aspects of our program. During the event itself, Melissa checked in with us during important times to make sure everything was running smoothly. People say you never eat on your wedding day but Premier staff made sure we were fed and had drinks when we wanted them - even bringing us an appetizer platter in the room where we prepared for our entrance at the end of cocktail hour. We'd hire them again with no hesitation.

Premier was great to work with! Our main contact was Melissa, and she was fantastic. We first connected a little over a year out from our wedding date, and she was always quick and detailed when answering our million questions! Having previously worked with our venue, The Pierce House, Melissa was well equipped to guide us and offer recommendations throughout the preparations.
