Stayed overnight for my wife's birthday. The rooms are clean the bathroom is a little strange with the sink being outside the bathroom but it works so we were good with that. They have a great breakfast area, not the best breakfast ever but More than enough choices for even the pickiest of eaters. The staff was pleasant and helpful. If we're planning another overnight stay we will go there again 👍

We stayed here about 4 years ago and we were very dissatisfied with the experience. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Expresses on other occasions and have been very happy.
We figured give it another try and we were very happy with the experience. The facility was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was great. The food was very good and the selection was very good. All in all this was huge difference from the last stay.

The hotel was clean. Parking was easy. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The room was serviced wonderfully every day. Breakfast was varied and acceptable.

The only complaint we had was that the TV kept losing its signal.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee machine and pancake maker were quick and easy.

We will be booking again with this hotel when we return.

My 4 year old Grandson was having his first Karate competition about 15 miles away from hotel. Entry time was 8am and we lived 50 plus away. Driving into Boston can be a struggle at times. We didn't want him up at 5am to arrive exhausted for 8am. He he needed a good night rest to compete in the tournament. So yes the convenience was there for us. Thank You Holiday Inn Express

The hotel bed was very comfortable. The pillows were especially soft, just the way I like them. The bed was a nice size, not too high from the floor and not too low. The comforter was just right. It wasn't heavy or light weight. Our stay at the Holiday Inn was just what we needed. We needed some R&R and that's what we got. The entire staff were very nice. We would definably refer friends and family to enjoy a stay at the Holiday Inn Saugus.

I stay at this property several times a year and you absolutely cannot beat the value. They always come in at the lowest price and have the best service. I would also like to point out the exceptional service from the housekeeping manager Kevin Blair. He's always making sure that the rooms are perfect and the dining room in order.
