Change your hours to noon instead of 1:00 at the Massillon location on Saturday. I made a trip over there and they were closed!

After 10 years I canceled my membership. I have 2 family members on our account. 4 calls were used on my account and none on my daughter's. We used her card for the call. After it took forever and she had to be at work I stayed and waited for them. We were charged 80.00 because she had to be at work and wasn't there! I explained what happened to the supervisor but she didn't care. We are done with AAA

An employee told me they quietly updated their rules and now if the card holder is not there with the car, the entire time from the moment the car broke down to the moment they fix it, they will charge you for the service or they just won’t even show up if the card holder isn’t there. canceled my membership after six years.

So did you know they are contracted with Ohio to run our local BMV? It would seem they get a certain amount of money to run it and then hire a minimal staff? Which means long wait times for us and overworking their staff!! I'm sick of greed and I plan to help change this!! I gave 2 stars because the staff was nice! It's not their fault.

My daughter just completed drivers training at this location, she thought the instructors were great. Even though she is 18, she still wanted her paperwork. When we went in to retrieve it on 11/27/17 at around 4:40 the greeter was nice, however, one lady was quite rude. When my daughter talked about it after we left she thought it was unnecessary. I realize it's the end of the day but all of this was discussed earlier with another lady so there should have not been a problem. Yes, my daughter does not absolutely need the paperwork but it can be given to the insurance company to lower our rates. We don't want to pay more if we don't have to. Regardless, a certificate made of paper is the least my daughter can get for completing driving school,

Horrible customer service,booked a trip then cancelled it with trip insurance and still no refund. I called numerous times and no one gets back to me. Finally put in a complaint with my bank to get my money back.

Iv tried to email on different occasions plus call. One was for aaa driving school. They say they don't have, yet the car, student, and instructor were at the North Canton bmv. Smh. Second contact, I can't renew my aaa membership online. No response. I'm so flustered. I know it's still covid time but it shouldn't affect the quality of customer service.
